2007 at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound. William
Henry CLARK, born July 3, 1922. Loving and devoted husband for
twenty-five years of Sheila (née
WILSON.)

Emily, Daniel and Alexa. Bill was born in Douro Township, Peterborough
County.

Home on Saturday December 29, 2007 from 1 to 2 p.m. A funeral
service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 2 p.m.

CLARK attended elementary and secondary schools
in Lakefield, Ontario where he was a champion pole vaulter and
avid sportsman. He was an accountant with G. Whitaker and Company
in Peterborough from 1941 to 1956, with the exception of four
years, 1942-1946, when he served with the Royal Canadian Corps
of Signals in the Second World War. He proudly served in Canada,
Great
Britain,
France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. Mr.
CLARK
left accountancy in 1956 to become Deputy-Clerk of Peterborough
for nine years until coming to Owen Sound as City Clerk in 1965.
He retired from the position in 1984 after nineteen years of
service. A former director of the Owen Sound Rotary Club, Mr.
CLARK
was also past Treasurer of the Grey Bruce Dufferin Tuberculosis
and Respiratory Diseases Association. He served as an Elder of
St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Owen Sound for many years.
He was also a member of the Grey Granite Club and the Owen Sound
Golf and Country Club. He was the Number One fan of the Toronto
Maple Leafs and the Blue Jays. From all the grandchildren, thanks
for the wonderful memories. “We won't say goodbye, we'll see
you again.&rdquo

Broker, Toronto. Passed away November 15, 2007. Beloved daughter
of the late Alice L.
BATCHELOR (1990) and the late Norman H.
McCUE (1977.) She will be forever loved by her sisters, Patricia
and Audrey, and by her brothers, David, Peter, Paul, Mark and
Allan, and by their families and by her many Friends. A Funeral
Mass will be held Saturday, November 24 at 11 a.m. at St. Aidan
Catholic Church, 3501 Finch Ave. East, Scarborough, 416-494-2704.
