REAY, Claren William
Passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Saturday, January 6th, 2007. Claren William REAY, of Durham, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the former Ada BECKER. Loving father of Doug REAY and his wife Pauline of Durham, Brenda and her husband Ted HUNTER of Durham, Vance REAY and his wife Tracy of Kitchener, and the late Joan GORDON. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Michelle (Kevin WEPPLER), Melissa (Todd HENKUSENS), Joseph (Bev) REAY, Karen (Craig VARLEY), Delanah (Rick GOBIO), Denise (David PETTY), Reay HUNTER (Courtney CROGHAN), Ashton REAY and Devin REAY and his 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his siblings: Aylmer REAY, Royden REAY and Lenore KENNEDY. Friends may call at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Claren's Life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Spring interment at Durham Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Durham Baptist Church Building Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

At London Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, June 9, 2007. Survived by her five daughters, Nancy HALLIDAY and her husband, Rick FALARDEAU, Stratford, Janice and Morris VAN OSCH, Lucknow, Heather and Ron McTAGGART, Waterloo, Delynn and Glen DEVEAUX, London and Dianne and Jim SCHNIEDER/SNIDER/SNYDER, Walkerton. Shirley will be missed by 14 grandchildren, Danielle, Sara, Curtis and Karla SCHNIEDER/SNIDER/SNYDER, Meghan, Nicole and Lindsay DEVEAUX, Greg and Jill McTAGGART, Peter, Kent and Ryan VAN OSCH, and Evan and Larissa FALARDEAU. Also survived by brothers Warren (Marnie), Willis (Nancy) DAVIDSON and sister, Sulta (Jerry) WEPPLER. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford. At the Southampton Care Centre on Wednesday September 26, 2007. Morris WEPPLER of Tara and formerly of Keady in his 66th year. Beloved husband of the former Ann HERRON. Dear father of Kevin and Suezanne of Waterloo, Kathie and Mark BUTCHER of Shelburne and Rob and Erin of Keady. Loving grampa to Katy-Jo and Kelly BECKETT, Braeden, Haleigh and Tyson WEPPLER, Wyatt and Kayla WEPPLER. Dear Brother of Lois and Ken SOUTH of Huntsville. Predeceased by his parents Victor and Vera WEPPLER. Friends may call at Paul H. Eagleson Funeral Home in Tara on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., as well as Friday morning prior to the Funeral service which will be held in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara. SACCOCCIO, Helen (née DUDA)
Our much-loved Mimi passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2007, in her 76th year. Loving wife of the late William SACCOCCIO and beloved mother of Gina SACCOCCIO and her husband Gordon MEIKLEJOHN Dana SACCOCCIO and her husband Paul WEPPLER; and Barbara SMAIL and her husband Tim SMAIL. Mimi will be missed by her grandchildren Carlie, Kate, Johnpaul, Julia, William, Olivia, Alexandra, Robert and Blake. She will be hugely missed by her loving younger sister Eleanor LEMIRE, her brother-in-law Frank LEMIRE and her niece Nicole. Helen's many Friends will miss her at the bridge table, on the golf course (delivering those much needed golf tips), receiving her garage sale finds and the great food she prepared over these many years for her family and Friends. Born and raised in Toronto, Helen attended Harbord Collegiate and in 1953, Helen completed her training as a Registered Nurse at Saint Michael's Hospital and nursed until 1958 when her youngest daughter was born after which Helen devoted her life to her family. Friends may call at the Trull Funeral Home, 2704 Yonge Street (5 blocks south of Lawrence), on Friday, November 23, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, at 11: 00 a.m., located at 24 Cheritan Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (2 blocks south of Lawrence off Yonge Street). Helen will be laid to rest with her beloved husband William at Mount Hope Cemetery, 305 Erskine Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be sent in the memory of Helen SACCOCCIO to the Saint Paul's Children's Breakfast Club at 83 Power Street, Toronto, Ontario M5A 3A8.
