On Monday, December 10, 2007 at Baycrest Hospital. Lynne NEWTON, beloved daughter of the late Maureen NEWTON- SHINDER and Dennis NEWTON. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jason and Kristina GRIFFIN, and Meaghan GRIFFIN. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Wendy and Jack KLEIN, Gary NEWTON and Jean WANG. Devoted grandmother of Brenna, and Patrick. Dear mother of Rod and Pat AMBEAULT of Gananoque, Cherie PERKS and Bruce ARISS of Orchardville, Lisa and Scott LACOMBE of Harriston and Amy and Aaron HOLBROUGH of Peterborough. Grandmother of Jaro AMBEAULT, Nycki and Rob WANNAMAKER, Scott and Mel AMBEAULT, Josh and Jesse PERKS, Amanda PERKS and Tom KERR, Matt and Carla PERKS, Allyssa KYLE- VOLLETT, Mykah KYLE- VOLLETT, Jessica LACOMBE, Dakota HOLBROUGH and Brooklin HOLBROUGH and great-grandmother of Kaida AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Aurora AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Summit AMBEAULT- WANNAMAKER, Ben AMBEAULT, Felix AMBEAULT, Jacob KERR, Jarren KERR, Connor KERR and Everett KERR. DUBAS, Stanley Paul
After a brief battle with cancer Stan passed away peacefully in Victoria, British Columbia on December 14, 2006. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 45 years, Helen, his daughters Deborah GROOM (Rob), Heidi (David BRITNELL), and Krista WANSBROUGH (Sean,) and grand_sons Joshua GROOM and John Connor WANSBROUGH. In Toronto he leaves his brother Harry (Georgie), sisters Alys and Ann (Ted), and nephew Ralph (Cathy). He is predeceased by his mother Stella and father Paul. Stan's strength came from his faith, family and Friends. He embraced all of life's challenges in both work and leisure with passion, and his joy of life inspired those who knew him. Stan was born in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, February 13, 1936. He attended Royal Military College (CMR) in Saint_Jean, Quebec, received his B.A. Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto, his Masters in Public Administration from Carleton University and was completing his Ph.D. thesis. His career path included, in Ottawa, Director General, National Health and Welfare; Deputy Director, Treasury Board Secretariat in British Columbia, Director, Management Operations, Ministry of Consumer and Corporate Affairs; Deputy Minister, Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Health and Emergency Health Services, Chairman. He will be greatly missed as the Executive Director, James Bay Care Center in Victoria. There will be a Celebration of Stan's Life held on Sat. January 13, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Saanich Baptist Church, 4347 Wilkinson Rd. Victoria. A reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations in Stan's memory to the Saanich Baptist Church Building Fund or the Make-A-Wish Foundation of British Columbia and Yukon would be appreciated.

TRAYLOR, Wayne Douglas
Passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Thursday, January 4, 2007. Wayne was born 58 years ago in Chatham to his parents the late Bernice (COSBY) and the late Orial TRAYLOR. Surviving him is a sister Brenda LESA and her husband Bob of Blenheim and a son Josh TAILOR/TAYLOR of Windsor. Also surviving is a step-father John WANT of Ridgetown, a step-sister Jon-Ann WANT of Sarnia and a step-brother Richard WANT of Camlachie. Cremation has taken place and Friends are invited to share in a celebration of Wayne's life to be held at the Blenheim Moose Hall (78 Marlborough Street, Blenheim) on Sunday, January 14, 2007 at 1: 00 p.m. Friends wishing to make a donation in memory of Wayne are asked to consider the Chatham branch of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Donations may be arranged by calling or visiting the Blenheim Community Funeral Home, (519)-676-9200. McFADDEN, Kenneth W.
At Middlesex Terrace, Delaware on Monday, January 8, 2007, Kenneth W. McFADDEN of Melbourne, in his 80th year. Born in Chatham Township he was the son of the late Otto and Charlotte McFADDEN. Ken is survived by his wife Dorothy (REID) McFADDEN, daughter Judy WILLS (Harold) and sons Ed (Dianne), Dennis and Dave (Vivian). Grandfather to Roxanne McDOUGALL (Guy), Lizanne WANT (Mark), Kim LACOURSE (Phil,) Jackie GOODSITE (Rick,) Jeremy McFADDEN (Nancy) and Casey and Melissa McFADDEN. Great-grandpa to Megan, Jessica and Amber McDOUGALL, Matthew and Alicia WANT, Christopher ZALEPA and Xander McFADDEN. Also survived by sisters Betty KEUTCH (Bill,) Marie MOORE (Leroy,) brothers Gerald (Pauline,) Ernest (Barb,) Gord (Frances) and Hugh (Joyce.) Predeceased by sister Mildred BROWN and brothers Lloyd, Glen and Eugene. Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home Mount Brydges on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to follow from the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard GOLDEN officiating. Interment of ashes at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Saint_Joseph's Hospital, London Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
