On Monday, October 1, 2007 at Saint_Joseph's Health Center. Aaron GREEN, beloved husband of the late Mania. Loving father and father-in-law of Anne and Doctor Michael WOOD, and Harry and Rochelle GREEN. Dear brother of Sara GRADZANOWSKI. Devoted grandfather of Jeffrey, Danny, Michael, David, and James. Niece Dorothy WAHL and her children Michael, and Ruthie, and Ellen SIMONY and her husband David of Paris, France. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Ave., W., (3 lights west of Dufferin), for service on Tuesday, October 2nd at 2: 30 p.m. Interment Workman's Circle Section of Mt. WILLIAMSON, Carol Ann, B.Sc., LLB
(May 14, 1938-November 22, 2007)
Carol's family is sad to announce her recent passing in Victoria, British Columbia. Carol was raised in Edmonton. She was an intelligent and independent woman who succeeded at many careers, including florist and medical lab technician, prior to finding her calling at law. As a lawyer, she worked for the Federal Department of Justice in Edmonton, Winnipeg and Ottawa, as well as for Teleglobe Canada, and in private practice in Kingston, Ontario. She excelled at her career until her retirement to Westport, Ontario. in 1994. Carol was predeceased in 2002 by her loving husband Col. Jim FLEMING/FLEMMING with whom she enjoyed 20 years happiness. She was also predeceased by her parents, Ruth and Harold (Jeff). Carol leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Bev WAHL (Jim HUCULAK,) of Redcliff, Alberta, and Angelee ZON (Dwayne,) of Edmonton, Alberta; Six grandchildren; One sister, Barbara FUDGE (Ed) of Courtenay, British Columbia; One brother, Stafford Glen WILLIAMSON (Maggie) of Phoenix, Arizona; And her stepmother Ruby WILLIAMSON of Summerland, British Columbia. A celebration of Carol's life will be held in early January at Cobble Hill, British Columbia with the date to be announced. HOLMES, Thais Charlotte Mary (née LAMB)
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 12, 2007 at the Civic Hospital at the age of 94. Loving mother of Sheila Lea (Lorne LEVY) and the late Brian. Proud grandmother of Erin (Mike HIGHTOWER,) Megan and Jonathan. She will be lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews Karen (Rick BETTERIDGE,) Doug LAMB (Gloria,) Judy LAMB, Christopher LAMB, David LAMB (Louise), Barbara Ann LAMB (Willie WAHM) and the late Richard LAMB. She will be missed by many Friends. A memorial service will be held at Saint Martin's Anglican Church, 2120 Prince Charles Road, Ottawa on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 12 noon. Those wishing may make memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or to the Canadian Diabetes Society.

In loving memory of George Archie "Waabaankwad" (Paul) WAHSQUONAIKEZHIK, August 3, 1931 - December 19, 2006.
Waabaankwad of South Bay (Wikwemikong) passed away at the Plummer Hospital in Sault Sainte Marie in his 75th year.
Loving son of Margaret and John (Paul) WAHSQUONAIKEZHIK, both predeceased. Dear stepson of Daniel and Julia WEMIGWANS. Loving father of Viola (late Frederick) RECOLLET of Sault Sainte Marie and Robert MADAHBEE of Ottawa. Beloved grandfather to Holly (Albert,) Tracey (Jamie), Crystal and Rheal. Great grandfather to Chelsey, Eva-Marie, Hayden and Wassnodeh. Dear brother to Theresa HASWOOD (Tully) of Rock Springs, New Mexico, Christina SINOBERT (Cecil) of Sagamok, Bernadette RECOLLET (Stanley, predeceased) of Wikwemikong, Josette WAHSQUONAIKEZHIK (Brad) of Sudbury, Jean DEBASSIGE of Sudbury, Ernest (Annette) of Keshena, Wisconsin, Gabriel of Birch Island, Francis (Beverly) of Sault Sainte Marie, Luke (Tara) of Fort Alexander, Manitoba, Christopher of Sudbury, Thaddius LAVALLEE of Wikwemikong, Tina McCURLEY (Ken) of Birch Island. Predeceased by siblings Rita, Annette, Bertha, Celina, Patricia, Ida, Joseph Louie and Adam. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, adopted and step-family members, extended family throughout the pow wow circle, Friends. Archie enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing baseball, step dancing, joking and story telling. Archie attended numerous pow wows, carrying the Veterans Staff. Archie served in WW2 and the Korean War. Rested at South Bay Community Centre from 7 pm, Thursday, December 21, 2006 until the Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 23, 2006 at 11 am. Burial in Veterans Cemetery.
