COLTER practiced
law in Cayuga and Welland, Ontario, served as Senior County Court
Judge in London, Ontario (1964-1974) and
as Chief Judge of the
County and District Courts of Ontario (1974-1983). He also served
as Supernumerary Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice, General
Division, during which time he was the Commissioner of the Royal
Commission of Inquiry into the Niagara Regional Police Force.
He retired in 1991. The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks
to the medical team at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Toronto and, in particular,
to Doctor Duncan

at home, as she had wished. Beloved wife of Brian
O'LEARY, mother
and confidante to Maxime, cherished sister of Muriel, Jessica,
Monic and Nicole. Charlotte will be also greatly missed by her
