Names Released in Fatal Crash
Grey County Ontario Provincial Police released the names of the other motorists involved in the Monday September 3 crash that claimed the life of Philip James BOYLES, a 75 year old Nichol Township man. The incident occurred just north of Mount Forest on Highway 6 at approximately 12: 30 p.m.
Vehicle one a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire 2 door green driver was Leroy PRIES, age 51 from Guelph (remains in a Hamilton Hospital.) The passenger, Philip J. BOYLES (deceased) age 75 was from Nicol Township.
Vehicle 2, a 2002 Dodge Caravan blue driver was Carol TRUAX, age 49 from Minto Township. Other passengers were an 8 year old female (transported to hospital,) Krystal TEABO, age 16, an 11 year old female, and a 13 year old female.
Vehicle 3, a 1994 Dodge RMV white driver was Leanne WARREN age 45 from Pilkington township (transported to hospital). Passengers were David WARREN age 49 of Pilkington Township (transported to hospital,) and Nicolette WARREN, age 16 (transported to hospital.)

SKINNER, John " Jack" Edward (1930-2006)
Passed away peacefully at home, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, December 29th, 2006 at the age of 76. Jack was predeceased by his beloved wife Bernie (nee: TEAR) in 2001 and son Rob in 1999. Loving father to Greg and his wife Joan of Harrow and Dianne KELLER and her husband Tom of Waterloo. Jack was a devoted and fun-loving grandfather to Michael, Michelle, Melissa, Patrick, Jessica, Chase, Robert and Gregory. Jack had a long and full life after retiring from Bell Canada in 1984. He loved his home on Long Point Bay taking time to enjoy fishing and golf. His greatest love was for the game of hockey. Go Cyclones Go! Friends are invited to share their memories of Jack with his family during visitation at the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 from 1: 00 to 2:45 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate Jack's life will follow at 3: 00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. A reception will be held in the Fireside Reception Room immediately following the service. Cremation will have already taken place. Our deepest gratitude to Doctor Donna WARD and to Joan, Nancy, Sara and Paula, the nurses of CarePartners for their wonderful support and help. NUHN, Wilmer Henry
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 18th, 2007 at Country Lane nursing home in Chatsworth in his 94th year. Wilmer was the loving husband of the former Jean COOK. He was the caring father of Janice and Reg TEASE, Lyndon and a daughter-in-law Pat. Wilmer will be sadly missed by his brother Harvey, his grandchildren Reg and Christine as well by his great-grandchildren Jason and Jessica. He was predeceased by a son Stanley and a brother Clarence. Mr. NUHN rested at the Currie Funeral Home in Chatsworth (519) 794-2631, where a private family service was conducted. If so desired, memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

FROOK, Isabel (née JACKLIN)
Isabel FROOK of R.R.#4 Kincardine passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Tuesday, July 24, 2007. She was 74.
Born in Bentinck Township, daughter of the late Victor and Anna (née HOERLE) JACKLIN.
Survived by her daughters Carol HUSK and Don HODGINS of R.R.#2 Kincardine, Sandy and husband Leo LEROUX of Hanover and Gale and husband John POLFUSS of R.R.#1 Ayton, son Grant and wife Catherine FROOK of Kincardine, grandchildren Rod HUSK, Tammy FORSYTH, Connie REID, Tracey LEROUX, Carrie LEROUX, Dean LEROUX, Marcia TEATHER, Gordon POLFUSS, Adam POLFUSS, Martin POLFUSS, Tyler FROOK, Ryan FROOK and eight great-grandchildren.
Isabel is also survived by her brother Warren (Pauline) JACKLIN of R.R.#2 Holland Centre. Predeceased by her husband Ronald “Ron&rdquo FROOK and great-grand_son Jesse HUSK.
Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. where a funeral service was held on Friday, July 27, 2007 at 2: 30 pm. Rev. John POLACOK officiated. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Hanover and District Hospital were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
