Class of 1947, University of Toronto, died at the Stratford General
Hospital on Thursday August 30, 2007.
Gus practised family medicine in Stratford for forty-three years.
He was loved and highly respected by his patients, his colleagues
and his many Friends.
Gus was predeceased by his beloved wife Doris Marion
SOPER (Dorie).
He leaves his dearly loved wife

Gus loved his many grandchildren and was immensely proud of them.

LEERS.
He will be greatly missed by all who cherished his smile, his
abiding kindness, and his sharp, though quiet wit.
A memorial service will be held at the W.G. Young funeral home,
430 Huron Street, Stratford on Monday September 3rd at 11 a.m.
A reception will follow at the Stratford Country Club. In lieu
of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stratford General
Hospital Building Fund, the Stratford - Perth Museum Capital
Fund or to the charity of one's choice through the funeral home.
