It is with great sadness that Sharon
ESSON and the Serafin family
announce the passing of Bruce
SERAFIN on Wednesday, June 6, 2007

with cancer, Bruce died peacefully in the arms of his loving
wife and dearest friend, Sharon. Bruce was an accomplished and
recognized writer and well respected by his peers in the literary
world. He was fortunate enough during this last year to finish
his second book of essays, which gave him great strength. He
leaves to mourn his very saddened and loving Mother Sylvia, sisters
- Rennie, Sonya and Laurie brother Mark and nieces Aldea and
Shannon and nephews Leon, Manuel and Marcel. He will also be
sadly missed by Sharon's son Mike and Shane and his wife Nicole
and of course, dear Emma. We wish this brilliant mind peace in
his departure of this world, as he joins his father John, and
brother Michael. A celebration of Bruce's life will be held on
Sunday, June 17th 2-5 p.m. at #57 1465 Lameys Mill Road (Twin
