WOODIN, Kenneth Lester
Passed away peacefully, in Burlington on Friday, August 3, 2007 at the age of 91. Predeceased by his beloved wife Adele (2006). Loved father of Glen WOODIN and his late wife Judy of Toronto and Lynne SEPHTON and her husband Bob of Burlington. Dear grandfather of Cheryl (Henry,) Melanie (Paul) and Christopher WOODIN and David (Jennifer) SEPHTON and Laura (John) NEWSOME. Cherished great-grandfather of Madeleine, Sarah, Elizabeth, Benjamin and Emma. Visitation at Smith's Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stop light north of the Queen Elizabeth Way) Burlington (905-632-3333) on Monday from 3-5 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. SEPP, Peeter, Bachelor of Architecture
(May 30, 1935-May 22, 2007)
Born in Kuressaare, Estonia. Educated in Sweden and Canada. Peter worked as a Visual Art Officer at the Ontario Art Council and later as a Director at Federal Government Arts Program for Federal Buildings. Peter was a Director at Hart House Film Board and was very active in multidiscipline art and design projects in Toronto. Soon after Estonia gained independence from Soviet occupation, Peter often returned to his home country where he taught art design and cinematography. He will be missed by his wife Anu, step-son Derek and family, predeceased brother Reino's family in Sweden, brother Juri and his family in Toronto and many Friends in Canada, Sweden and Estonia. Funeral will be held June 5 in Kuressaare, Estonia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
