SAWATZKY, Heinrich “Hank&rdquo
Of R.R.#4 Wiarton, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 26th, 2007 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the former Emma Jean SAYEAU. Cherished father of Al and his partner Rhonda KEESO and daughters Cailyn and Lauryn, of Collingwood Ken and his partner Jan CAMERON and daughter Lyric, and Rob, all of Wiarton. Dear brother of Ben (late Betty), and Susie (Stan ARROWSMITH,) both of Winnipeg; Agatha (Abe WOLFE,) of Tourond, Minnesota; and Mary (Don ANDERSON,) of Vancouver, British Columbia. Sadly missed by brothers-in-law Al WASTLE; Jake LOEPPKY; Pat SAYEAU (Shirley); Jim SAYEAU (Louise); and Steve “Tub” SAYEAU (Lorna); and his nieces, nephews and many Friends. Predeceased by his parents Bernhard and Agatha; his infant daughter Tammy Lynn; and sisters Lena, Anna, and Nettie. Hank's family invite Friends to join with them for visitation at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home and Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041 Friday from 3: 00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Hank's life will be conducted from the chapel on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 11: 00 o'clock. The Rev. Jawn KOLOHON officiating. Interment in Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton. Members of Royal Canadian Legion Br. 208 Wiarton will hold a memorial service Friday evening at 6: 45 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. In living memory of Hank an Oak tree will be planted in the funeral home meadow by the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home and Chapel. Of Caressant Care Nursing Home, Saint Thomas, on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at her late residence, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jacob HESLINGA (December 9, 1999) and dearly mother of Jacob F. and his wife Ethel HESLINGA of Saint Thomas, Elizabeth and her husband Bill SNETSELAAR of Saint Thomas, Frederik and his wife Mary HESLINGA of Mount Hope and Effie and her husband Frank LATTANZIO of Saint Thomas. Loved grandmother of Ryk and his wife Lisa SNETSELAAR, Joni and her husband Kevin KERVIN, Duane and his wife Leigh HESLINGA, Glen and his wife Pamela HESLINGA, David and his wife Hannah HESLINGA, Maria and her husband Lenny MALLETT, Daniel and his fiancée Amanda SAYER, Angela and her husband Shawn ABEDIN, Sara and her husband Robert McCARTER, Frank Robert and his wife Krista LATTANZIO and Michael LATTANZIO and friend Kalely GLEESON. Loved great-grandmother of James, Rachel, Isaac, David, Sarah, Julia, Jonas, Jacob, Megan, Mark, William, Elina, Klara and Alexander. Dear sister of Jan IEDEMA, Dirkje IEDEMA and Douwe IEDEMA and friend Riemt LEGGER. Sadly missed by a number of brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and family in Holland. Sarah was born in Holland on January 11, 1915, the daughter of the late Sjerp and Saakje IEDEMA. She was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St. Saint Thomas until Monday morning and then to the First Christian Reformed Church for funeral service at 11: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Elmdale Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.

PUSHMAN, Marjorie Elizabeth (née ANDERSON)
Peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, October 8th, 2007 at The Hospice at May Court in Ottawa. Marjorie was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald and is survived by her daughter Ann (Robert SAYER) and by her sons Robert, Scott (Alison,) Kent (Clemie), and by her grandchildren. Marj held a special love for her twin sister Jean HAY and all of her 'second family' in Vancouver, and she was grateful for the caring support of her sister-in-law Billie McCALLUM. Marj spent her last year in a battle with cancer but throughout that time was able to bring great joy to her family and Friends. In the last months she showed immense courage and a gentle grace, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her. At Marj's request there will be no service or visitation. There will be a celebration of Marj's life in the near future and those wishing to attend are invited to leave a telephone message at Marj's number. A gathering of family and Friends will be held at the time of her interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. SMITH, Winnifred
The family of Winnifred SMITH will always remember and extends sincere thanks to the individuals and community who, by their actions, demonstrated such caring during her life, and through their floral tributes, charitable donations and generous support of her family, honoured her at her death. Although we cannot name everyone here, thanks go to Doctor POWER, the exceptional staff of Grey Gables, Doctor KUMAR, the Emergency and Step-Down Units of Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound; Fawcett Funeral Home the Flesherton-Markdale branch of the Royal Canadian Legion for their moving service; the pallbearers; Reverend NICOLSON, Grant SAYERS, and Willing Helpers of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Priceville for their tender tribute by music, word and deed. To these and many others, no kindness or remembrance went unnoticed.

In Owen Sound on Friday, August 3, 2007, Archie SAYERS of Durham in his 61st year. Loving partner and friend of Elizabeth COOK of Durham. Loved father of Sherry of Guelph, Andy of Tillsonburg and Ashley of Oshawa. Sadly missed by numerous brothers and sisters, the Sayers - Adsit families, Ken of Orangeville and Sarah of Cambridge. In respect to Mr. SAYERS' former request, there will be no visitation nor formal Funeral Service. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be hold at a later date. SAYERS, Helen Christina
The family of Helen Christina SAYERS sadly announce her peaceful passing on the morning of December 17, 2007 at Georgian Heights in her 86th year. Helen was the mother of Glenda FRAZER, grandmother of George FRAZER and his wife Julie, Pam SISSON and her husband Ron and great-grandmother to David SISSON and Michelle and Bryan FRAZER. Predeceased by her husband George Glendon SAYERS and son-in-law George Alexander FRAZER. Helen was a strong spirit in this life and will be in the next. A private family service will be held. SAYERS, William Alexander (December 29, 1921-January 1, 2007)
After spending a wonderful Christmas at home with family and celebrating his 85th birthday, our beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre on the morning of January 1, 2007. Bill will be deeply missed by his loving wife Kay of 52 years; daughters Pat BRENTNALL (Leonard) and Janet IRWIN (Drew;) sons Gordon (Sharon) and Glenn (Cathy) grandchildren Cole, Craig, Kaley, Andrea, Trent, Lee, Liam and Megan; brother Bob (Olive;) sister-in-law Lucy MOTTOLA; brothers-in-law Joe CANTAFIO (Louise), Till CANTAFIO (Lucille), Tony CANTAFIO (May) and Peter CANTAFIO; cousin Gaylene CHESNUT (Brian) and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was born in Winnipeg on December 29, 1921, at the Victoria Hospital. He grew up on Garfield St. and at the age of 19, enlisted in the Royal Canadian Artillery, serving his country in World War 2. Bill and Kay settled in Fort Garry and raised their family. Bill was an employee of the Federal Government for 34 years until his retirement. His greatest enjoyment was to spend time with his family and Friends both at home and at the cottage on Engineer Lake. He loved to laugh and had a flair for story telling. Music was his passion and he was a talented musician capable of playing a variety of instruments. We will forever miss you, but will always cherish the memories of you laughing, singing and playing music. Special thanks to Gaylene and Brian, Barb and Dave Ahronson, Monika and Bill Gerullis for all your support. Our family would like to thank the staff at the Victoria Hospital 4 south and Riverview Health Centre 3 East for their kind care during these last weeks.
