Peacefully at Gateway Haven in Wiarton on Sunday evening August 12, 2007. In his 81st year, John William CHADBURN the loving husband of Lilian CHADBURN (née LYNCH.) Loving father of Christine and her husband Len HOLMES, Janet and her husband Reg SAMPSON/SAMSON, Margaret and her husband Art KING and Muriel and her husband John RAWLINGS. Proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Doris and by his brother Herbert and his wife Sheila. Friends may call at the Breckenridge-Ashcroft Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Owen Sound on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Major Charlie YOUNG, Captains Colin and Maureen BAIN officiating. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society, the Canadian Cancer Society or to Gateway Haven would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully at Chelsey Park Nursing Home, London, Ontario on January 2, 2007, Jerry Wayne McAULIFFE passed away in his 55th year. Beloved son of Elizabeth "Betty" and the late Thomas Ronald McAULIFFE (1970). Jerry will be sadly missed by his former wife and best friend Barbara and their daughters Nikki and Maranda. Papa will also be remembered by his grand_son Jesse. Brother of Deanne (Norman) SCHEIDING, Ronda (Martin) VAN DER PLAS and Barbara (Virgil) STRINGARI of Watsonville, California. Nephew to Della MacDOUGALL and John R. RAWLINGS. Jerry will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and Friends. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas St. E. (at Wavell) on Sunday, January 7, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation, Suite 1206, 383 Richmond Street, London, Ontario N6A 3C4 would be appreciated. Loving mother of Margareta RAWLINS and her husband Edward, Helena JOHNSON and her husband Patrick, and Freddie KALLIN and his wife Anne. Dear grandmother of Anders RAWLINS and his wife Victoria, Jeremy RAWLINS, Christopher, Nanna, and Stefan JOHNSON, and Megan and Robert KALLIN, and great-grandmother of Kaylin RAWLINS. A private family service will be held. Inga-Karin's cremated remains will be taken home to Sweden at a later date. DALEY, Francis Alexander (1927-2007)
It is with great sadness that we announce Frank's sudden passing in Toronto on November 27. Survived and dearly missed by his devoted wife of 59 years Marian (née RAWLINSON.) Predeceased by son Bruce and survived by daughters Heather and Phyllis (Beatty), son Bob and beloved grandchildren Lisa, Sarah, Alison, Frances, Travis, Danielle and Simon. Predeceased by Heather's husband Nino WISHNEWSKI on November 24. Born in Bathurst, New Brunswick and raised in Toronto; only son of Francis and Margaret (nee STOUT.) Frank's passion for music developed in his youth and his teaching career began at age 19. Frank touched many lives through his dedication to music and music education. Former Co-ordinator of Music (Scarborough Board) and mentor to countless students, Frank was director of the Scarborough Music Camp at Manitouwabing, former choir master Holy Saviour (Anglican), Waterloo, and St. Andrew's (Anglican), Scarborough. Frank's tremendous compassion, warmth and humour will live on through his family and many Friends in Toronto, Waterloo, Nova Scotia and beyond. The family will receive Friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East (east of Kennedy Road), on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the church of St. Andrew-Anglican, 2333 Victoria Park Avenue, Scarborough (south of Hwy. 401), at 11 o'clock with visitation one hour prior to the service. Reception to follow. Memorial donations made to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra or the Church of St. Andrew would be appreciated by the family.

Went home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Saturday, July 14th, 2007 at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Meaford in her 82nd year. The former Margaret LIESEMER was the beloved wife of the late George BOLTON. She was the loving mother of Joseph, Larry and his wife Linda, Rodger, Jean and her husband John RAWN and Laura and her husband Ernie GATCHELL. She will be fondly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and her 15 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one grandchild and a brother Lloyd. Friends are invited to call at the Currie Funeral Home in Chatsworth for visitation on Monday afternoon and evening 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Thence to Saint_James Lutheran Church where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Pastor Harry HUFF will officiate. Interment: Saint_James Lutheran Cemetery. Peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Saturday, October 6, 2007. Harvey McMANN of Owen Sound in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Mae (née CURRIE.) Dear father of Brad and his wife Dorothy, Bryon and his wife Louise, Penny DOWN, and Shawn all of Owen Sound and Dwayne and his wife Sandra of Calgary. Sadly missed by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Marjorie and her husband Jim DISHER of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his parents Bailey and Annie McMANN, son-in-law Larry DOWN, two brothers Henry and Wes and two sisters Marion RAWN and Betty SCOTT. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home for visiting on Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock with Doctor Brad CLARK officiating. RAWNSLEY, Fleur " Pat"
Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 17th at the age of 77, after a short but gallant battle with Leukemia. She will be deeply missed by Gordon her husband of 53 years and sorrowfully by sister Doreen and her husband Byron PEEBLES, in-laws Doris and Bob LYALL and Shirley DE FOE. Cherished aunt to Diane and Kalle, Larry and Martha, Pam and Tim, Dawn and Steve, Scott, Michael, Michelle and Tim. Cousins Bob, Marion, Tom and especially Betty and Barb who were so attentive. Known affectionately as Pat by family and Friends, she was blessed with an engaging personality, an infectious smile that would light up the room, a love for the written and spoken word, a delightful sense of humour, and an abundance of common sense. Special thanks to her oncologist Dr. Matthew CHEUNG, nurse John and the other caring and compassionate nurses in haematology at Sunnybrook Hospital. A celebration in her honour will be held at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East). Please call funeral home for service dates and times. PEARSE, Jean Margaret Wilton
Jean died peacefully on Thursday September 27, 2007, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Allan T.M. (Monty) for 37 years, she is survived by Vicki (John GULLICK,) James (Victoria PEARSE,) Sandy (Stewart CAMPBELL) and Bob. Cherished Nana to Brittany, Tobey, Katie, Jillian, Jessica and Christopher. Jean was born in Leeds, England, and during World War 2 was a Royal Navy Women's Royal Naval Service working at Bletchley Park when she met Monty, then a Captain in the Canadian army stationed in London. She immigrated to Canada shortly afterwards, living first in Vancouver and later settling in Toronto. An active member of All Saints' Parish for over 50 years, Jean enjoyed the companionship of many great Friends, literature, music, theatre, cottage life, bridge, sewing, travel and above all her grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Kathleen RAWSON, brother Geoffrey HEPWORTH, and sister Marjorie SCOTT. Cremation. A celebration of Jean's life will be held at All Saints' Kingsway, 2850 Bloor Street West, Toronto, on Monday October 15 at 1: 00 p.m. with reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Salvation Army.
