GARROW, Leonard Keith
Passed away peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Meaford on Saturday, October 13th, 2007 at the age of 81. Leonard GARROW, beloved husband of the former Therese Carmen PAYMENT. He was the dear father of Steve and his wife Nicole. Leonard will be fondly remembered by his brothers Don and Terry. Friends are invited to share with the family in a time of reflection at the Currie Funeral Home in Chatsworth on Friday afternoon from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Interment to take place at the Shiloh Cemetery in Chatsworth Township. If so desired, memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully on Friday December 21, 2007 at Providence Manor, Kingston, Ontario.
Beloved mamy of Roxroy O.O. WEST (Diane PAYMENT) of Winnipeg and Fanny LEUENBERGER (Hansruedi) of Eglisau (Switzerland;) cherished gross-mamy of Myriam and Nicole; special sister of Hans LEROY (Julia) of Post Falls (Idaho) and loving god-mother of Clélia BECK (Mauborget, Switzerland.) Pre-deceased by her loving husband Dr. Roxroy O. WEST in 1991 and her elder brother, Roberto ALOVISETTI in 1990, she leaves relatives in Switzerland and Italy, a niece, Sara LEROY and two nephews, Max and Roberto ALOVISETTI in the United States and and sisters-in-law Lydia ALOVISETTI, of New York City, and Barbara MARSHALL and Doreen WEST of Trinidad.
Born in Bex (Vaud, Switzerland) on November 20, 1919, daughter of Giovanni TIBOLDO and Fanny UHLER, she immigrated to Canada with her husband and children in 1958 and was a long-time resident of Kingston. A strong, generous and enterprising woman, she was an avid gardener, professional seamstress and gourmet cook. Fluent in four languages, she made special Friends among the Italian community in Kingston. Forever proud of her Swiss culture, she developed a special love for the Canadian landscape and her little paradise at Lacey Lake exploring with pals Caleb and Rerun. She travelled the world with her husband and in her later years, found inspiration and happiness in her many car trips across the country.
As she wished, a private celebration of her life will be held in the spring. Cards and flowers are gratefully declined and if desired, donations can be made to the Doctor Roxroy O. West Foundation, Pacemaker Clinic, Kingston General Hospital, 76 Stuart Street, Kingston, Ontario K7L 2V7.
The family would like to thank all those who were there for mamy, in particular devoted Friends Wolfgang and Maureen Weber and Dante and Marianna Del Mistro.

ROCHFORD, Stella (a.k.a. PRIEBE, née JANKE)
After a long illness, Stella joined hands in the afterlife with her late husband Richard on October 16, 2007 in Cambridge at the age of 77.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Lynne (Karl) MARCY, Carol (Glen) MILLER and Tim (Maria) and her grandchildren Catia, Andie, Colleen, Natasha and Melanie.
She is survived by her siblings, Verna ERB, Myrtle PAYNE, Audrey WHITE/WHYTE, Earl JANKE, Arthur JANKE, Selma LOCKHART, Don JANKE and Howard JANKE.
She was predeceased by siblings Roy JANKE, Stanley JANKE, Lester JANKE, Leila ANDERSON, Ruby PENDERGAST as well as her parents Walter and Christine JANKE and her adoptive parents Christian and Minnie PRIEBE.
Christian and Minnie adopted Stella when she was six years old after the death of Christine.
Visitation was held October 18, 2007 at Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at which time the service to celebrate Stella's life was held in the Chapel. She will be placed in her final resting place at Chesley Cemetery beside her beloved Richard who passed from this life in 1995.
As per Stella's request, in lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Peacefully at Lee Manor Nursing Home in Owen Sound on Saturday evening December 30, 2006. In her 73rd year, Arlene Joan LYALL (née FLINT,) loving wife and friend of Jack LYALL. Loving mother to Patti and her husband Rob WRAY and Michael LYALL and his friend Wendy COULTHARD. Loved grandmother of Conor, Morgan and Matthew. Dear sister of Warren FLINT and his friend Christine, and Carole and her husband Tom PAYNE. Arlene will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Laurel (Mrs. Terry WALKER) and her brother Robert FLINT. Arlene's Family wish to thank the nurses of Lee Manor, Doctor Al MacDOUGALL and Doctor Peter HAY for their care and attention, it is appreciated. Surrounded by his family at Parkwood Hospital, on January 6, 2007, Wayne Paul Edward EEDY passed away peacefully at the age of 56. Dearly missed and cherished always by his daughters Sarah and Kathryn EEDY, and remembered by their mother Donna EEDY. Beloved son of Helen and the late Edward EEDY. Loving brother to Daryll and his wife Elaine EEDY and much loved uncle to Kristen, Allison and Brandon. Wayne will also be missed by his many aunts, uncles and dear Friends. PAYNE, Dorothy Rowe Lynch
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Sunday, June 24th, 2007 in her 95th year.
Dear mother of Dennis, Harry and Bernard LYNCH, Lucille SHAW, and Catherine JEANES, Dorothy had fifteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Dorothy taught school in Orono and Woodbridge, music in six rural schools in North Darlington, accompanied the Oshawa Choral Society and played the organ in Newcastle United Church for twenty nine years and taught piano lessons for many years.
Dorothy requested that no services are to be conducted for her passing. The family extends appreciation to Doctor OSBORNE, Doctor FINLEY and the staff of Lakeridge Health Bowmanville for their care and dedication. Special thanks is given to Janet and Tom DEACHMAN and the staff of Comfortable Alternatives, Bowmanville, for their constant attention and loving care for Dorothy in her last few years. Formerly of Botwood, Newfoundland, Tom was the eldest child of Arthur N. and Victoria (PAYNE) ANTLE. He was predeceased by his daughter, Rosemary CANTWELL, wife Helen (Nell) PERRY, and sister Netta BAKER (who died November 2, 2007 at age 93 years). PIDGEON, Francis Bradshaw
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at Seven Oaks Home for the Aged at the age of 85, after a long courageous fight with cancer. A graduate of University of British Columbia, after 40+ years with Imperial Oil Ltd in the finance and treasury department, Francis successfully led the United Way loaned executive branch for many years. Francis was a consummate athlete excelling in a host of racquet sports. He especially loved tennis, winning many club tournaments. He had the "gift of the gab" and was always offering a helping hand to most everyone he met. Francis will be dearly missed. Predeceased by his "bride and soul mate" Patricia (PAYNERS.) Loving father of Thomas (Ellie), Deborah, Jim (Loraine), Jean (wife of John) and Kim (husband of Jane). Predeceased by brother Edward, son John, daughter Jane, grand_son Mike.
