Our precious husband, father, grandfather, teacher, role model,
friend, traveller, scholar, craftsman, and gardener joined the
Lord in glory on June 15, 2007 (Uxbridge), in his 81st year.
The prayers of God's people sustained Don and his family through
the medical challenges of the past year. Dearly missed by wife,
Carol (née
NAYLOR,) daughter, Heather (Jeff,) daughter, Bonnie
(Russ), son, Rob (Tracey) and nine beloved grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date at Eastridge
Evangelical Missionary Church in Stouffville. On-line condolences

Patricia was a graduate of Saint Michael's
School of Nursing, class of 1946. Her varied interests included
nature, the environment, and the arts. After leaving her home
in Scarborough where she had many wonderful, active years, there
followed four very challenging years where she revealed the true
extent of her courage and determination. She will be greatly
missed, lovingly remembered and always in our hearts. Visitation
from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007, at Jerrett
Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough. A funeral mass will
be held on Friday, September 28 at 12: 00 p.m. at Saint Maria Goretti

October 19, 2007 in her 90th year, with her family by her side.
Predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years and best friend,

Loving grandmother of Amy, Mark, Brett, Drew,
Kim and Dana; and great-grandmother of Madison, Zoe, Kyle, Ryan,
Nicole, Ashlynn, Amanda., Katrina and Logan. Betty had a distinguished
career as an educator culminating in the post of Chair in the
Business Division of George Brown College in Toronto, retiring
in 1982. Her many avocations and passions included gardening,
flower arranging, stained glass, weaving, needlepoint, knitting,
crocheting, golfing, lawn bowling, reading and shopping. A reception
to celebrate Betty's life will be held at the Toronto Botanical
Garden (at Edwards Gardens), 777 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto
on Sunday, November 4th from two to four o'clock, with tributes
at three o'clock. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made
to Longfields Manor, 330 Beatrice Dr., Nepean K2J 5A5, or to
the Canadian Diabetes Association, 1400 - 522 University Ave.,
Toronto M5G 2R5.
