Born March 2, 1929 Balcarres, Saskatchewan, passed away in Markham
Monday afternoon November 26, 2007 in his 79th year from pneumonia
after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving husband of Cathy
(née CROWLEY,) who predeceased him in June 2006 -- married 53 years.
Cherished father of proud sons, Gregory (Myrna), Jeffrey and
Kelly. Beloved brother of Thelma and Margery. Predeceased by
his beloved parents Grover Cleveland Sr. and Ethel Annie, brothers
Gordon, Arthur, George and sisters Betty and Donagh. Adored by
many nieces, nephews and other family in Canada, the United States
and Britain. Fondly remembered by many dear Friends and neighbours
across Canada; raised in Balcarres, he lived in Sioux Lookout
where he met the love of his life, Cathy, they also lived in
Shaunavon Saskatchewan, Winnipeg and Edmonton and in Markham
since 1963; they also traveled widely. He retired from Corning
Glass as Senior Sales Associate after 30 years in Toronto, having
been a commercial traveler since 1952. Considered by colleagues
and customers as "one of the best salesmen in Canada." Sadly
missed and always remembered as a lovely man. Family and Friends
are invited to celebrate his life on Saturday, December 8 from
1: 00 p.m. with service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Dixon-Garland
Funeral Home, 166 Main Street N, (Markham Road) Markham, Ontario.

a long and valiant struggle with cancer. Daughter of Forester

School of Medicine, Doctor
BUSBY joined the R.C.N.V.R. as a Surgeon-Lieutenant
and served overseas from 1944-46 at H.M.C.S. Niobe in Scotland.
After the war he specialized in urology, and surgery in particular,
in which he trained at University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. When
his father Eldon, also a urologist and surgeon died suddenly
in 1950, he returned to London to take over his father's practice,
and became a gifted hard-working surgeon at Victoria Hospital
Westminster and Saint_Joseph's Hospitals in London, Ontario. He
enjoyed golf and was a long time member of the London Hunt and
Country Club. A Memorial Service will be conducted at Metropolitan
United Church, 468 Wellington Street at Dufferin Avenue, London
on Tuesday, September 18 at 2: 00 p.m. by Rev. Robert C.
RIPLEY.
A private graveside family service will be held in Mount Pleasant
Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice
