On Sunday, July 15, 2007 at Baycrest Hosptial. Anna BERNSTEIN, beloved wife of the late Mannie BERNSTEIN. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Leon and Hannah, MILTON and Temmy, and Linda and Syd SOSNOVICH. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Issie and Freda LABA, the late Jack and Lilly LOEB, and the late Joe LABA. Devoted Bubie of Joanne, Matthew, Barry, Steven, Richard, Lisa, Shawna, Erin, and the late Andrea, and great-grandmother of twelve. She will be sadly missed by her family and Friends. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Ave. W. (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Monday, July 16th at 1: 00 p.m. Interment Beth Sholom Synagogue section of Mt. Sinai Memorial Park. Peacefully at Community Nursing Home, Port Hope, on September 21, 2007 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of Jerome (predeceased), dear mother of Candy (Claude), Mitchell, Andrew, Dolph (Susan) and Laura. Fondly remembered by 12 grandchildren: Max, Benjamin, Matijas, Sam, Nicole, Lukas, Carlan, Jean, Dayna, Michelle, Reilly and Averi. Sister of Sidney WOLK (Rita) and Sister-in-Law to Marilyn EXCEL of Chicago and a great friend to many. A private service will be held at a later date.

Of R.R.#4 Wiarton, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 26th, 2007 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the former Emma Jean SAYEAU. Cherished father of Al and his partner Rhonda KEESO and daughters Cailyn and Lauryn, of Collingwood Ken and his partner Jan CAMERON and daughter Lyric, and Rob, all of Wiarton. Dear brother of Ben (late Betty), and Susie (Stan ARROWSMITH,) both of Winnipeg; Agatha (Abe WOLFE,) of Tourond, Minnesota; and Mary (Don ANDERSON,) of Vancouver, British Columbia. Sadly missed by brothers-in-law Al WASTLE; Jake LOEPPKY; Pat SAYEAU (Shirley); Jim SAYEAU (Louise); and Steve “Tub” SAYEAU (Lorna); and his nieces, nephews and many Friends. Predeceased by his parents Bernhard and Agatha; his infant daughter Tammy Lynn; and sisters Lena, Anna, and Nettie. Hank's family invite Friends to join with them for visitation at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home and Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041 Friday from 3: 00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Hank's life will be conducted from the chapel on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 11: 00 o'clock. The Rev. Jawn KOLOHON officiating. Interment in Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton. Members of Royal Canadian Legion Br. 208 Wiarton will hold a memorial service Friday evening at 6: 45 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. R.C.N.V.R. of the Second World War. Bill was Manager with Imperial Life Assurance, former Church Warden and Lay Reader with St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church, Toronto, past member of the Rotary Club in Leaside, member of the Guelph-Wellington Men's Club and a faithful churchman at St. George's Anglican Church, Guelph.
Bill passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Guelph General Hospital on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 in his 85th year. Dearest husband of 60 years to Joan (née CARTER) of Guelph. Dearest father of Andrew and wife Joan of Barrie, Barbara and husband David CLARK of Lakefield and Carolyn and husband Robert LOEWEN of Toronto. Dear grandpa to Jason and Jessica HILL, Melanie and husband Dean SWERDFEGER, Sarah and husband Antony CLARK, Jennifer CLARK and husband Ruben KUBEITZ, Michael LOEWEN, Elizabeth LOEWEN and husband Mark ANDREWS and the late Pamela HILL. Great-grandpa of David, Daniel and Alexander. Brother to Ruth WILTON and husband the Rev. Ralph WILTON. Predeceased by his parents William and Martha HILL of North Bay. Family and Friends will be received at St. George's Anglican Church, 99 Woolwich Street, Guelph, for one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held at 3: 00 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2007, conducted by the Archdeacon Thomas M. GREENE. It pleased the Lord to take his servant Ernst unto Himself, peacefully, on September 17th in Toronto. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday September 25th at 10: 30 a.m. at Bayview Glen Church, 300 Steeles Ave. E., Thornhill. In lieu of flowers, if desired, a donation may be made to the Toronto Jewish Mission or the Salvation Army Meighen Retirement Residence.
