BREEZE, Douglas Austin
At Country Lane Nursing Home, Chatsworth on Thursday, August 23, 2007. Doug BREEZE formerly of Windsor in his 81st year. Husband of the late Elsie (née BIRD.) Dear father of Barbara HAHN and her husband Curtis STONEHOUSE of Chatsworth and Lena HOSFORD of Niagara Falls. Sadly missed by three grandchildren Brian, Steven and Michelle and three great-grandchildren Tyler, Megan and Paige. Also survived by two brothers Richard BREEZE and his wife Iris and Sid KEMP and his wife Marion and his nieces and nephews all of England. Predeceased by a son-in-law Robert HOSFORD. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home 519-376-3710 for visiting on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until service time. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock with Doctor Brad CLARK officiating. Interment, Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.

GREIG, Helen
Of Hope Ness passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in her 70th year. Cherished mother of Shelley DEBOK and her husband Tony of Owen Sound, Kathryn GREIG and her friend Mike PORTER of Owen Sound and Chuck GREIG of Vancouver, British Columbia. Cherished Oma of Dana, Justin, Jade and Dalton DEBOK and Spencer, Kaitlyn and Lily GREIG. She will be sadly missed by her mother Laura HAHN of Wiarton, sister Brenda (Barry) GILBERT of Wiarton and sisters-in-law Alice (Bill) THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON, Marg HAHN, Beatrice PRUDER and Leona GREIG. Helen was predeceased by her husband Bev, daughter Susan in infancy, father George HAHN and brother Norman HAHN. The family will receive Friends at the Davidson Chapel, 71 Main Street, Lion's head on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 2: 00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Helen's life will be held at the Bethel Missionary Church, 18 Ferndale Road, Lion's head on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 2: 00 p.m. with Rev. Charles GINGERICH officiating. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the George Funeral Home, Wiarton. Dear brother of Jerry, and the late Ethel HAHN. Devoted grandfather of Alexander, Rachel, and Jonathan. HAHN, James McLagan
Born in Toronto on May 15, 1925, Jim died peacefully in Richmond, British Columbia on October 30, 2007, shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. He is survived by his partner Nancy, son James, daughters Briar and Julia, sister Marian, twin brother David, grandchildren, a great-grand_son and nieces and nephews. Jim was educated in Toronto at Upper Canada College, served as a Lieut. in the army during World War 2, then completed his education at University of Toronto (B.A.Sc.), and Harvard (MBA). He was president of Shepherd Boats in Niagara and other companies in the west. He loved the outdoors; sailing, boating, fishing, hunting, flying and skiing. Jim had a full life as an Engineer, Entrepreneur and Bon Vivant. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of his life in Richmond on Saturday November 3rd, followed by a small family service at a later date.
