McBRYDE, William " Bill"
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17th, 2007 at Toronto East General Hospital in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Helen and Ada McBRYDE. Loving father of Marilyn MOORHOUSE, and Douglas (Gloria.) Grandfather of Elizabeth MOORHOUSE (David LEVAR) and Cameron MOORHOUSE. Great-grandfather of Alex MOORHOUSE, brother of Dalene CAMPBELL and Pat GOBEIL. Bill served his country with the Airforce in World War 2. The family wish to thank the caregivers at True Davidson Acres. Funeral services will be held at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), on Wednesday, June 20th at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the Bayview Room. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. REAY, Claren William
Passed away at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Saturday, January 6th, 2007. Claren William REAY, of Durham, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the former Ada BECKER. Loving father of Doug REAY and his wife Pauline of Durham, Brenda and her husband Ted HUNTER of Durham, Vance REAY and his wife Tracy of Kitchener, and the late Joan GORDON. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Michelle (Kevin WEPPLER), Melissa (Todd HENKUSENS), Joseph (Bev) REAY, Karen (Craig VARLEY), Delanah (Rick GOBIO), Denise (David PETTY), Reay HUNTER (Courtney CROGHAN), Ashton REAY and Devin REAY and his 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his siblings: Aylmer REAY, Royden REAY and Lenore KENNEDY. Friends may call at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Claren's Life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Spring interment at Durham Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Durham Baptist Church Building Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
