CERCONE, Amelia (DISALLE) (24 June 1928-9 January 2007)
Beloved wife of the late Francesco CERCONE (both from Pacentro, Italy), passed away peacefully at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care (Marian Villa). She will be sadly missed by her son, Philip and her daughter-in-law, Colleen GRAY/GREY- CERCONE and her grandchildren Daniel and Jonathan. She will also be sadly missed by her other son Marcel and her two grandchildren Michelle and Michael and their mother Cheryl CERCONE. Also left to mourn her passing are her brothers, Attilio and Albert DISALLE, their wives, Lillian and Kathy, her brother-in-law Julio CERCONE and his wife Josephine, her sister-in-law, Dora PISCOPO and her husband, Frank PISCOPO, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts. She was also predeceased by her brother Aldo DISALLE and her brother-in-law, Olivio CERCONE. Throughout Amelia's illness many loyal Friends and relatives were a constant source of support and companionship for this sweet and giving person. Her case manager, Chris BORDENE, her physician, Doctor Marie BOLDT, her Victorian Order of Nurses nurse, Carol WATSON, and numerous Victorian Order of Nurses nurses and support workers, as well as personnel at the London Health Science Centre's Cancer Clinic and Palliative Care, all attended to her needs with great compassion and respect. Visitation will be held at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday evening from 7-9 o'clock and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at Mary Immaculate Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street, on Saturday morning 13 January at 10: 30 o'clock. Interment in Saint Peter's Cemetery to follow. Prayers Friday evening at 8: 30 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations could be made to the charity of your choice.

Peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Saturday, October 6, 2007. Harvey McMANN of Owen Sound in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Mae (née CURRIE.) Dear father of Brad and his wife Dorothy, Bryon and his wife Louise, Penny DOWN, and Shawn all of Owen Sound and Dwayne and his wife Sandra of Calgary. Sadly missed by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Marjorie and her husband Jim DISHER of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his parents Bailey and Annie McMANN, son-in-law Larry DOWN, two brothers Henry and Wes and two sisters Marion RAWN and Betty SCOTT. Friends are invited to the Tannahill Funeral Home for visiting on Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock with Doctor Brad CLARK officiating. Interment, Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Peacefully, at Exeter Villa Nursing Home, Saturday, January 6, 2007, K. Patricia "Pat" (MARTIN) VENTON, age 89. Beloved wife of the late John Edwin VENTON (1999.) Loved mother of Penelope "Penny" VENTON of Exeter, J. Peter and Anne VENTON of Toronto, Robert "Bob" VENTON and companion Heather SMITH of Collingwood. Loving grandmother of Scott, Margot, Michelle, Tory and great-grandmother of Meredith. Remembered by favourite cousins, Susanne BAWDEN of California and Mary Lou DICKSON/DIXON of Exeter. Predeceased by her sister Margaret ZWICKER. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman and Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Thursday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the funeral service will be held Friday, January 12, 2007 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Keith Charles “Hoppy” HOPKINS, of R.R.#1 Hanover, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in his 56th year.
Husband of the late Sharon (née SULKYE.)
Loving father of Lezleigh and Rachel (Ryan) both of R.R.#1, Hanover. Loved brother of Audrey (Rob) FIDLER of Waterloo, Judy (Wayne) SCHEIFELE of R.R.#3, Hanover and Bruce of Hanover.
Loved by his many nieces and nephews and their families and his best friend Rodney (Karen) FLETCHER. Sadly missed by mother-in-law Shirley (Bruce) DISNEY of Hanover, sister-in-law Donna (Jim) COOK of Acton and brothers-in-law Glen (Ann) SULKYE of Sarnia, Brian (Jackie) SULKYE of British Columbia and Terry (Deanna) SULKYE of Hanover. Predeceased by his parents Allie and Agnes, brothers Norman, Percy and Bev and sisters Elva and Edna.
In respect of Keith's wishes, cremation has taken place.
A funeral service will be held at the Hanover Missionary Church at 10: 30 a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2007.
Interment Durham Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Hanover Missionary Church.
