BROUGH, Margaret May (née ROUSE)
Of Wiarton, and formerly of Colpoy's Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, June 9, 2007 in her 98th year. Beloved mother of Isobel (Bill) GUY, Glen (Betty Lou) and Scott (Penny) all of Wiarton, Clinton (Joan) of Cambridge, Gordon (Barbara) of Owen Sound and Carol (Paul) HODGINS of Penetanguishene. She will be sadly missed by daughter-in-law Lou BROUGH of Oakville, sisters Lottie WEST of Lion's Head, Tena (Edgar) CAUDLE of Burlington, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Robert, sons Keith and Bruce, parents Francis (NIXON) and Alfred ROUSE, brothers Edward, Ernest, David and Gordon ROUSE and sister Eliza Hayes. Visitation will be held at the George Funeral Home, Wiarton on Monday, June 11, 2007 from 2: 00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 11: 00 a.m. with Rev. Ed LAKSMANIS officiating. Interment Eastnor Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Wiarton Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Suddenly as the result of an accident on Tuesday, June 12th, 2007 at the age of 21 years, Matthew MORRIS of R.R.#2, Tara. Beloved son of George MORRIS of Tara and Elizabeth and Al MOONEY of Southampton. Brother of Megan MORRIS and Ben BRUDER of Walkerton, and Laura MORRIS of Southampton. Stepbrother of Peggy and Paul FLEMING/FLEMMING, and Kelly MOONEY and Chris COUTURE, all of Kitchener. Loved grand_son of John and Karen REYNOLDS of Port Elgin. Uncle to Braeden. Special friend of Melissa LORENZ, Josh SPENCER, Samantha CAUDLE, and Christopher SPENCER. Left to mourn are many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandparents Neil and Flo MORRIS. Passed away peacefully at Lee Manor in Owen Sound on Friday, June 29, 2007. In her 91st year. The cherished wife of Frank GIVEN, of Mar, for 71 years. Dearly loved mother of Ann and her husband Ted and Bob GIVEN, all of London, Gordon and his wife Janet, of Sackville, Nova Scota, and Dale GIVEN, of Victoria, British Columbia Loving grandmother of Michelle, Leah and her husband Steve, Michael, Mark and his wife Anna, Lisa, Travis, Meaghan and her husband Mark. Loving great-grandmother of Kailey, Curtis, Madison, Seth, Jake, Julia, Luke, Katelynne and Asa. Dear sister of Marjorie LEMCKE of Marathon, and Blanche BELROSE of Tobermory. Predeceased by a grand_son, Matthew, by two sisters Beatrice KENDALL and Elsie CAUDLE, and by ten brothers Victor, Russell, Norman, Raymond, Gordon, Charles, Clive, Walter, George and Elmer. At Saint Mary's Hospital in Kitchener, Sunday evening September 16, 2007. The former Joyce SMITH of Kitchener at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth LONG. Loving mother of Lori-Anne RUMIG and her husband Michael of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Melanie RICHARDSON and her husband John of New Hamburg and one great-grand_son Brady. Dear sister of Dorothy CAUDLE of R.R.#6, Wiarton, Harry SMITH and his wife Theresa of Kenora, Keith SMITH and his wife Joan of Hepworth, Eleanor NUTTALL and her husband Don and Gwen ARNOLD and her husband Ted all of R.R.#3, Hepworth. Peacefully at Summit Place Nursing Home on Saturday, December 1st, 2007. Ila Edith Evaline GRADY, (née ELLIOT/ELLIOTT,) of R.R.#2, Owen Sound, in her 83rd year. Dearly beloved wife of Bill GRADY. Loving mother of Susan (Henry) KUZDAK, of R.R.#5, Owen Sound, Ian (Kelley) GRADY, of Presqu'ile, Robert (Teresa) GRADY, Gary (Shelly) GRADY and Gordon (Lori) GRADY, all of Sauble Beach and David (Tara) GRADY, of Moosonee. Proud grandmother of sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Ila will be sadly missed by her sisters, Dorothy (Wallace) MURRAY, of Balmy Beach, Ruby LITSTER, of Owen Sound and Roberta ROBERTS, of Barrie and her sister-in-law, Verda ELLIOT/ELLIOTT, of Owen Sound. MOYER, John
John MOYER, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Monday, November 12, 2007. He was 88.
Born in Mount Forest, son of the late Henry and Annie née RUETZ) MOYER. John farmed on his own farm until retiring and was a 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus.
Survived by wife Mildred (ZETTLER) MOYER, children Harvey (Rene) MOYER of Mount Forest, Thelma (Jospeh) VAN OSCH of Lucknow, Doris CAUGHLIN (Steve POLUSA) of Pinewood, Percy (Kathy) MOYER of Ayton, 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Also survived by a brother Peter MOYER of Walkerton. Predeceased by brothers Leo, Joe, Tony, sisters Cecilia SCHNURR, Marie DIEMERT, son-in-law Harold CAUGHLIN and great-grand_son Jordan YOUNG.
Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Rites at 8: 30 pm.
A Funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 10: 30 a.m. at Holy Family Church, Hanover. Father Mervin PERERA officiated.
Interment Holy Family Cemetery, Hanover.
Pall bearers were Perry VAN OSCH, John VAN OSCH, Brian MOYER, Brandon MOYER, Kyle MOYER and Kevin CAUGHLIN.
Memorial donations to the Hanover and District Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Dear grandmother to Michelle DACOSTA (Michael,) Cheryl STANBURY (David) and Corinne BRINKER- WINCH (Steve), James BRINKER (Carmen), Sam BRINKER and Nicholas and Mike HUKEZALIE. Great-grandmother to Zachary, Sophia and Olivia DACOSTA, Mathew STANBURY and MacKenzie WINCH. A very special friend to Diane and John Cooper and their children Meg, Dalton and Mason. Predeceased by her brother Albert MELS and his wife Iris. Sister-in-law to Agatha LIETAER, Julia BRINKER and Annie and Lambert VANHOOREN. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters-in-law including Leo, John and Gerry BRINKER, Andy LIETAER, Cecilia and Edith BRINKER and cousin Rachel CAUSYN.
