BELLIS and her family, and numerous relatives
and Friends. Bob grew up in Weston and graduated in Engineering
from the University of Toronto, where he was assistant editor
of the Varsity. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy in World
War 2 and Korea. He retired from the Navy in 1973 and moved to
India with Minnie to help her run her furniture business, TAARU,
and farm. Bob had many interests and enjoyed life to the fullest.
A celebration of his life will take place in Delhi on October 13.

Dolores took
great delight in living her life on Eileen Gowan Island in Lake
Muskoka with her late husband Hugh. She was an avid quilter,
who gave away more than she kept. Dolores loved all nature, taking
special delight in feeding the many animal species that came
to her waterfront home. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements
entrusted to Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" 1 Mary Street,
Bracebridge. (877-806-2257) As your expression of sympathy memorial
gifts to the Saint Thomas Anglican Church - Building Fund, 4 Mary

PARKINS of Saint Thomas. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and
nephews. Dorothy worked at the C.I.B.C., Hayes Dana and after
retirement she worked for Tim Horton's. She was a member of the
Elgin Labour Centre where she volunteered, an associate member
of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 41, and was a 10 year member
of the Rehoboth Support Centre. She also actively visited shut-ins.
Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where
funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1: 00 p.m. Cremation
to follow. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances
would be appreciated to the Rehoboth Support Home, the Canadian
Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Passed away peacefully at Brock Fahrni Long Term Care Facility
in Vancouver in his 93rd Year. Predeceased by his wife, Dorothy
(Dove), of 50 years, brothers Andrew and Janik and sister Maritna.
He is survived by his son, Karl, daughter, Anne, son-in-law Jim
and grandchildren Cale and Kira. Born near Kiev, Poland, he escaped
the Nazi and Soviet invasions, joining the Royal Air Force, Bomber
Command, in England, where he flew 36 missions as a navigator
of a Lancaster. He relocated to Argentina after the war, where
he married the Canadian girl he had met while training for his
air service. They moved to Toronto where he joined Ontario Hydro,
serving first as a financial administrator for dam building projects
in northern Ontario during the 50s. He then moved to head Office
in Toronto in various capacities until his retirement in 1977.
He was known to family and Friends for his rye sense of humour,
rigorous sense of duty and gentle heart. Thanks go to his long
term care giver, Victor, the doctors and nurses at Vancouver
General Hospital and Brock Fahrni. A Mass of Christian Burial
will be held at St. Casimir's Catholic Church, Vancouver, 10: 00 a.m.
Tuesday, September 11. In lieu of flowers donations can be made
to a charity of your choice.

Peacefully at home in her 99th, year. Doreen will be remembered
by her many Friends for her sense of humour, kindness and generosity.
She was active in the volunteer community and for many years
while well into her 80's, delivered Meals on Wheels. She leaves
son Michael

in Law Kumi of Toronto and Ann
