JONES, Donald Ivor
It is with sadness that the family of Donald Ivor JONES announces his passing on August 16, 2007 in his 87th year at the London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus. He was born November 22, 1920 in Treflach, NR Oswestry, England and was the son of Tom and Eleanor (BEBB) JONES. Ivor served with the Royal Air Force Hyderabad Squadron from 1939-46 serving in North Africa, Italy, Yugoslavia and Palestine. He served in the Naval Air Service from 1948 to 1952. In 1953, Ivor joined the Canadian Armed Forces and served with the 4th Canadian Guards in Korea. He was then posted to the R.C.R. in Ipperwash, Canadian Forces Base Borden and then to the Meaford Tank Range where he finished his career and retired in 1970. Ivor then worked at PPG in Owen Sound and retired in 1985. Ivor was predeceased by his wife Gladys and leaves behind his beloved children Jennifer DAVIDSON (Walter) David; Bryn (Angie); Chris (Marg) and Shirley BEASLEY (Lee). He is lovingly remembered and missed by his grandchildren Wayne DAVIDSON (Colleen and Micky), Rob DAVIDSON, Janet DAVIDSON, Michelle and Christina JONES and their mother Suzanne JONES; Megan and Melissa JONES; Justin and Jessica BEASLEY and by his brothers and sisters and their families in England: Roy, Chris, Beryl and Eileen and predeceased by his brother Gerald. The family would like to thank the Grey Bruce Regional Health Services and the London Health Sciences for their excellent care of Ivor over the last couple of years and as an expression of sympathy the family would ask that memorial donations be directed to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Services Foundation, Owen Sound (dialysis unit). We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Kelso Pines Retirement Lodge in Owen Sound. The family invites Friends to a celebration of Ivor's life at the St. Georges Anglican Church, Clarksburg on Sunday, August 26th at 1: 00 p.m. followed by a reception at Marg and Chris JONES' home on Grey Road 2 (fire route 496256) in the Town of the Blue Mountains. The internment of Ivor's ashes will be held in Forest, Ontario at a later date.

Adam John ROY
In loving memory of Adam John ROY, January 10, 1934 - December 25, 2006.
Adam ROY, a resident of M'Chigeeng, died at the Laurentian Hospital, Sudbury on Monday, December 25, 2006 at the age of 72 years.
He was born in M'Chigeeng, son of the late John and Mary (DEBASSIGE) ROY. He had worked as a miner for 30 years in Wawa. Adam loved carpentry work, enjoyed gardening with his Friends, playing cribbage, horseshoes and his sauna. His greatest pleasure was making maple syrup and spending time in the sugar bush. Adam was predeceased by his wife Dorothy. Loved and loving father of Russell G. MIGWANS (predeceased June 23, 2005,) Leland, Chris BEBONANG and Adam ROY Junior, wife Rebecca all of M'Chigeeng, Larry, wife Jo-Ann of Kitchener and daughter Lillian ROY, friend Rick of Sudbury. Proud grandfather of Brooke, Russell Junior, Brandi, (friend Scott,) Allison, (friend Christian,) Tyler, Adam ROY III, Terri and Connie ROY and Sage EPP. And 3 great grandchildren Angelina, Josua and Keewaydin. Special father of Fred, Joey, Clyde, Lorraine and Sylvia MIGWANS and Rhoda EPP. Dear brother of Pius ROY, Justin ROY, Henrietta McKERCHIE and Irene CORBIERE. Predeceased by brothers Sylvester and Jacob and sisters Louise and Christine. Eternal friend of Ken MIGWANS, Ed DEBASSIGE, Bill SWANSON, Maxie SIMON and Bert COUSINEAU. Also will be
missed by several nieces and nephews. Friends called at the M'Chigeeng
Complex on Thursday and Friday. The funeral mass was celebrated at
Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday, December 30 at 11.00 a.m. With
Father Jim KELLY as celebrant. Interment in M'Chigeeng Cemetery. Culgin Funeral Home.

Felix HARE
Felix HARE, a resident of M'Chigeeng, died at the Laurentian Hospital in Sudbury on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the age of 78 years.
He was born in M'Chigeeng, son of the late Louie and Sarah Hare. Felix loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting and keeping a garden. He was known for sharing the vegetables he grew with all his neighbours. He had worked in the bush for 58 years before retiring from the job he loved. He also enjoyed bingo and going to the casino. In his early years, Felix was a hobby trapper. Felix will be sadly missed by his family and Friends. Predeceased by his wife Reta (ABEL) HARE. Loving and loved father of Grace CORBIERE of Port Huron, Michigan, (Dave predeceased,) Mary Ann (Pete) BEBONANG, of Toronto, Sharon BOISSONEAU of Garden River, Monica HARE of Toronto, Chuck (Doreen) HARE of M'Chigeeng, Thelma (George) HARE of Toronto, Pearl BURK/BURKE, Connie Hare (Chris) and Brenda ARMSTRONG all of M'Chigeeng. Proud grandfather of 29 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Friends called at the M'Chigeeng Complex on Sunday and Monday.
