On Thursday, July 12, 2007 at North York General. With his family around him, Nathan ARBACK, beloved husband, and best friend to Rena. Devoted father to Dena and Jay SHANKER, Larry and Marsha NICOLS, Debra and Steven GOLD, and Marc and Vici NICOLS. Grandfather to Alexis and Ian DAVIDS, Carrie NICOLS, Eryn and Andrew MILLER, and Daniel ARBACK- ROZEN. Adored great-grandfather to James MILLER. Grandfather by love to Jaimy and Daniel SHANKER. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Ave. W. (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Friday, July 13th at 3: 00 p.m. Interment Beth Emeth Synagogue section at Bathurst Lawn Memorial Park. OWEN, Eva Gertrude (RANDLES)
At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southhampton, Ontario on Monday, December 10th, 2007 at the age of 97 years, the former Eva RANDLES of Port Elgin, Ontario and formerly of Saint John, New Brunswick. Wife of the late Edward OWEN. Loving mother of Beatrice and her husband Harvey ARBO of Saint John, and Shirley and her husband Doug EARLE of Port Elgin, Ontario. She is also survived by six grand_sons and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters and one brother. Friends may call at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, at 10: 00 a.m. from Brenans Bay View Chapel. Interment at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances made to the Arthritis Society or to Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. www.brenansfh.com

SCHWARTZ, Iris May (née KING)
Of Chesley, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 in her 83rd year. Even as her body grew weaker, she maintained her sense of humour and quick wit. Iris was born on June 24, 1925 in Waubaushene, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Herb and Annie Belle (ARBOUR) KING. She married Morrell SCHWARTZ on November 30, 1946, who predeceased her on April 18, 2007. Loving mother of Herb and Barb of Owen Sound, Ron and Marg of Kitchener and Steve and Nadine of Owen Sound. Cherished grandmother of Anne Marie, Teresa, Matthew, Amanda and Ryan. She will be fondly remembered by her sister, Joyce and her husband Red SIMMONS of Cornwall and sisters-in-law, Ruth and Stan KAUFMAN of Desboro and Gertrude and Arnold HEFT of Owen Sound. Iris was predeceased by her sister, Kay HOUGHTON. Visitation will be held at Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley on Friday from 6-9 p.m. A Royal Canadian Legion Branch #144 Ladies Auxiliary service will be held on Friday evening at 6 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, Sullivan Township at 11 a.m. Spring interment Saint Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Sullivan Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Saint Peter's Lutheran Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

LEDER, Mannie
It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the sudden passing of Mannie LEDER, in his 88th year, on July 26, 2007. Mannie LEDER, beloved husband of the late Eleanor (ELKE,) precious and treasured father of Gail LEDER and Dan GOODWILL, Karen and Adam PIVNICK, Cindy LEDER and Harley ULSTER, and Jamie and Alvina LEDER. Truly cherished and much loved Zaida of Ellery and Philip ULSTER, Elyssa and Alexander PIVNICK, and Jacob, Alexis, Lucas and Levi LEDER. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Edye and Mort ARBUCK, and the late Frances and Irving PUSTIL. Brother-in-law of Jack and Ida SCHWARTZ (Detroit, Michigan). A proud veteran of World War 2, he served his country so that we could enjoy both freedom and peace in Canada. Special thanks to Maricel, Armi and Fely for providing many years of loving companionship and care for him.
