LEIFSO, Donald Arthur
Donald Arthur LEIFSO of R.R.#2 Elmwood, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his residence on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in his 79th year.
Beloved husband and best friend of Peggy. Loving father of Brian and his wife Susanne of Elmwood and Donna and her husband Rick HATTEN of R.R.#1 Desboro.
Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Sabrina and Brandon LEIFSO and Sarah (Terry,) CRYSTAL and Rob HATTEN.
Don will be fondly remembered by his brother Allan and his wife Estella of R.R.#2 Elmwood and his sister Alice and her husband Jim DEMPSEY of Connecticut. Predeceased by his brother Ray, sister Audrey AHRENS and his parents, Arthur and Emma (STUEMPFLE) LEIFSO.
Visitation was held at the Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Hanover Lodge #432 Masonic service was held Thursday at 7 pm.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 27, 2007 at Saint_John's Lutheran Church, Elmwood at 2 p.m. Interment in Saint_John's Lutheran Cemetery, Elmwood.
Memorial donations to the Chesley Hospital Foundation, Saint_John's Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Suddenly at his home Monday afternoon June 4, 2007. Tom NORRIS of R.R.#2, Wiarton in his 69th year. Beloved husband of the former Gail PERKINS (née DOWNS) and the late Beth YOUNG. Loving father of Kim and her husband Huss CHEGAHNO of Wiarton, Sandi and her husband Jerry AHRENS of Mitchell, Jennifer and her husband Mike DAIGLE of Brampton, Leanne and her husband Rob CHRISTIE of R.R.#1, Hepworth and son-in-law Scott ROBINSON of Burlington. Proud Poppa and Grandpa of ten grandchildren; Matthew, Kyla, Jeffrey, Joshua, Jared, Jordan, Lucas, Aidan, Kady and Alisa. Dear son of Anne ROUSE of Wiarton. Dear brother of June KREUTZWEISER of Wiarton, Barry NORRIS and his wife Brenda of Elmira, and Becky and her husband Bob McCARTNEY of R.R.#3 Hepworth. Brother-in-law of Joan NORRIS of Wiarton and Brenda ROUSE of London. Also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his brothers Jerry NORRIS and Bev ROUSE, daughter Lisa PERKINS- ROBINSON, grand_son Michael DAIGLE and brother-in-law Al KREUTZWEISER. Friends may call at the Downs and son Funeral Home Hepworth Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted from Saint Paul's Presbyterian Church, Wiarton Friday afternoon at 2: 00 p.m. with Rev. David LEGGATT officiating. Interment Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, Wiarton Hospital or Easter Seal Society would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy. MASH, Anthony " Tony"
Born March 15 1925. After a long illness Tony MASH passed away on December 22nd 2007 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Olive, his daughter Gail GREEN (John,) son Gary MASH, step-daughter Karen BANTOFT, step-son Scott CUMMINGS and step-daughter Judith HEFFERNAN (Michael.) Grandfather of Ken and Mark BANTOFT, Angela AHRENS, Mike GREEN and Claire HEFFERNAN. Great-grandfather of Cheynne and Preston. He is also survived by his brother Denis MASH and his sister Marion BERZINS (John) and their families in England. He is predeceased by his brother Roly MASH and is survived by Roly's family in South Africa. Tony was born in England and fought in the Second World War in the British Navy before coming to Canada and working at Ontario Hydro for 35 years (Ret. 1983). He enjoyed many years boating and collecting model trains. Family will receive visitors in the Ward Funeral Home 109 Reynold Street, Oakville (905-844-3221) on Thursday December 27, 2007 from 1 p.m. until Service in Chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital would be appreciated after the warmth and care that Tony received from the nursing staff and doctors.
