HUNSPERGER, Robert Allan
Robert Allan HUNSPERGER, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Saturday, October 27, 2007. He was 69.
Robert was born in Owen Sound. He was the son of the late Melville and Viola (ARISS) HUNSPERGER. He was employed with Knechtel Furniture and Nordic Furniture until the time of his retirement.
Survived by his wife and best friend Shirley, daughter Kimberley (DALE) BECKER of Ayton, sons Randall (Debby) HUNSPERGER of Kitchener, Rob (Wendy) HUNSPERGER of R.R.#3, Hanover, grandchildren Jocelyn, Candace, Graeme, Jordann, Elias, Seth and Sadie. Also survived by his sister-in-law Doreen (Dean) PAGE of Waterloo and their family Nancy, Gwen, Tracey and Cathy. Predeceased by his parents Melville and Viola HUNSPERGER and father and mother-in-law Walter and Lenore KENNEDY.
Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Monday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Doug REAY, Don REAY, Larry HEIPEL, Jack WEIS, Dennis YAECK and Dean PAGE.
Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Hanover and District Hospital Foundation were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Monday, May 28th, 2007 at the age of 84 years, Tony WEISGERBER of Port Elgin and formerly of Windsor. Husband of the former Elizabeth SCHLECHTER. Father of Alan and his wife Sandy of Keswick, and Tony and his wife Pam of Port Elgin. Grandfather of Lisa, Lacey, Matt, Joey and Alex. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren. Brother of Mary REINHART of Saskatchewan, Maggie GAETZ of Windsor, Katie and her husband Felix ZACHER of Windsor, Eileen and her husband Victor KRESS of Kenora, and Teresa BEYER of Michigan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Frances REINHART and by his brothers Chris, Michael, and Joe. Friends may call at the W. Of Saint Thomas on Tuesday July 17, 2007 at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital in his 59th year. Dearly loved wife of Judy (TWILLEY) KRAULEIDIES and beloved son of Lydia and the late Herbert KRAULEIDIES of Owen Sound and was predeceased by an infant brother Raymond. Beloved father of Michelle SEIP of British Columbia and dear grandfather of Derek and Courtney SEIP. Dear brother of Edith (Gord) EWER of London, Betty (Steve) BARBER of Chatsworth and Ruth (Ira) WEISS of Toronto. Brother-in-law of Ken and Carol TWILLEY of London and son-in-law of Helen and the late Howard TWILLEY of London. Lovingly remembered by 10 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews and by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins in Germany. Sadly missed by Molly and Maggie. Ewald was born November 12, 1948 in Germany and was a long term psychiatric nurse at the Saint Thomas and London Regional Mental Health Facility. (Saint_Joseph's). His passion in life was his music. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held Saturday at 1: 00 p.m. Cremation to follow. PAVLISH, Laurence A.
Died peacefully on Monday 27 August, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Larry was the son of the late Louis and Esther (WEISS) PAVLISH. He is sadly missed by long-time partner and companion Cathy D'ANDREA, sisters Evelyn (Stevens) and Elizabeth, brother-in-law David, three nieces and a nephew, Friends Mark, Don, Fred and Ron, the D'Andrea family, and many Friends and colleagues throughout the world. Larry completed his Bachelors degree (AB) at Ohio University and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Toronto. He was a respected scholar who undertook archaeological and geophysical research in North America, Europe, the Far East, South Asia, the South Pacific, Middle East and Africa over a career that spanned more than 30 years. A popular lecturer in physics and archaeology at the University of Toronto, Larry has mentored and is fondly remembered by many students. With humility, dignity and great courage, Erna "Ann" WEITZENBAUER (née WINDRICH) left this life on 12 November 2007 to be with her Maker, her husband and all the Friends and family who have passed before her. Predeceased by her husband C. Peter (September 1989) and son-in-law, H. Gerry LUNN (February 2001.) Left to mourn her and celebrate a life well lived are her children; Ingrid (Greg) REBAR, Margit LUNN (Brian LAXDAL), Ralph WEITZENBAUER, Helen REHORST, Step-son Claus (Elke) BREMEN, and her grandchildren Jessika (Michael) HELTEBRAKE, Josie WEITZENBAUER, Jacob REHORST, Matthew REHORST, and Kassandra REHORST.
