Peacefully, at Henderson General Hospital, on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, in her 86th year. Loving wife of Willis. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and her many Friends. Predeceased by her former husband Gilbert CLARK and her brother Kenneth FISHER. The family will receive Friends at the Doney Funeral Home, 318 Main St. E., Shelburne (519-925-2830), on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place in the funeral home Chapel on Saturday, March 18 at 11: 00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Loved son of Norma (WAKEFIELD) REICHHELD of Saint Thomas and the late Manford "Manny" REICHHELD (January 23, 2003.) Dear brother of Betty Ann and her husband Bill BROWN of Saint Thomas. Dear son-in-law of Carman and Aletha MOGK of Saint Thomas and brother-in-law of Wendy MOGK and Randy and his wife Nancy MOGK. Bill was born in Saint Thomas on September 5, 1948. He was a real estate agent with Century 21. Bill was a long time member of the Kinsman Club and the Y.M.C.A. Harry served with the Royal Air Force during World War 2 and was a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force Association 411 Wing. He was a member and elder of St. Andrew's United Church. Beloved mother of Beth, John (Nancy,) Margaret FIETZ (Eric) and Ronald (Susanne.) Grandmother of Stacy WAKEFORD (Brent), Andrea Gutsell GREEN and Carolyn CZERNY (Steve). Great-grandmother of Mia, Devon, Chloe, Sofia, Quinlan and Oliver. Sadly missed by her immediate family, nieces, nephews and Friends. A volunteer for many years with the Toronto Kiwanis Music Festival, she was also secretary-treasurer for both the Ontario and Canadian Federation of Music Festivals. A committed member of the United Church, she was active in Washington United Church Women and in Toronto East and Scarborough United Church Women Presbyterials. The passing of Dorothy Ruth RABAEY, wife of Camiel "Cam" RABAEY, of Douglas, New Brunswick, occurred on September 27, 2006 at her home, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 19, 1940 in Saint Mary's, Ontario, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Ruth (FEDDREY) FEWSTER. Dorothy had retired from working with her husband in their accounting business. She was a member of Saint Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church and an active member of the Catholic Women's League. She was an avid gardener who loved her flower garden and even had a degree on Floral Design. Together with her husband, she raised and showed Quarter Horses and Beagles for many years. Dorothy's greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Kenneth SMITH of Noonan, Dan (Dianne) RABAEY of Saint Thomas, Ontario and Bob (Patricia) RABAEY of Strathroy, Ontario; one daughter, Laurie (Stuart) APPT of Jemseg; five grandchildren, Kyle, Dannielle, Jessica, Sarah and Spencer; one brother, Robert (Barbara) FEWSTER; two sisters, Donna (Ray) WAKEM and Bonnie (Larry) SCHIEFER; several nieces and nephews; Godmother, Theresa DUNLAP and special friend, Sharon TURNER. The family of the late Dorothy (Dot) RABAEY would like to express its sincere gratitude to all of those who visited, prayed, sent flowers and donations, and helped out around the time of her passing. A special thanks to Murphy's Funeral Home for the funeral arrangements and all of their support during this difficult time, and to pallbearers Kyle SMITH, Ron WAKEM, Jim PIETERS, Mike CLARKE, Brian PYNAERT, and Allen WAKEM. To Father Alan DUFRAIMONT, thank you for the beautiful service and moving Homily, and thanks to the Alter servers and to the choir and organist for the beautiful songs and music. A sincere thank you to niece Nancy PYNAERT, who read the farewell letter to Dot that was written by Dottie's special friend Sharon TURNER. At Thamesview Lodge, Chatham on Friday morning, March 31st, 2006. Esther KIRSCHNER (VEGH) of West Lorne in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Adam (1982). Lovingly remembered by her children Esther WAKERELL of London, Fred and Chris of West Lorne, Jerry (1971) and Pam of Saint Thomas, Ronald (1998) and Darlene of Rodney, Marv KELSO and Barb of Innerkip, Bonnie McGILL and Andy of West Lorne, Nancy McINTOSH and Angus of London, Elaine SHARPE and Ron of Wardsville, Carolyn MADSEN of Fort Erie, Gloria FISHER and John of Muncey, Roger (2003) and Shirley of West Lorne, Rose LUMLEY and Wayne of Glencoe and Margie MEZENBERG and Joe of West Lorne. Survived by 37 grandchildren and 67 great-grandchildren, brothers Ted VEGH of Louisiana and Alex VEGH of Windsor and sisters Tillie of Windsor and Velma of Leamington. Predeceased by grand_son Richard (1966) and great grandchildren Samantha MEZENBERG (1980) and Joshua (1998). Esther was expecting 2 new great grandchildren. Friends may call at the West Lorne Chapel on Monday evening 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted from the chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Pastor J. MEZENBERG officiating.
