2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services for Anna will be
held in Ostrander's Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday July 20,
2006 at 11 a.m. Officiating her service will be Dave

WIEBE. At the family's request memorial
donations may be made to the Transplant Unit of University Hospital
in London. Henry and Frank would like to express their heartfelt
thank you to the London Health Science Transplant Unit for all
their help both emotionally and financially over the past 19 years
since Anna had her first and second heart transplants. Special
thank you to the Transplant Team members, the doctors, nursing
staff and therapy team for your caring support to my wife and

on Saturday November 18, 2006 at Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital in
St. Catharines in her 79th year. Beloved wife to her late beloved
