Kristina, and Simone. The youngest of fourteen children born
to Matas and Katerina (née
RASKAUSKAS) in Kauno Region, Lithuania.
Graduated from the medical school at Heidelberg University and
practiced physical medicine until his retirement in 1998. Gardening,
Lithuania, books, and his grandchildren were his passions. Family
and Friends will be received at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel,
2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of Jane subway, from 2-4 and
7- 9 p.m. (prayers at 8 p.m.) on Monday, April 24. A funeral
mass to celebrate Juozas' life will be held at The Parish of
the Resurrection Church, 1 Resurrection Rd., Toronto at 10: 00 a.m.
on Tuesday April 25, 2006. Interment to follow at Anapilis (Saint_John's
Lithuanian) Cemetery in Mississauga. In lieu of flowers, donations

He retired from active practice in 1978. Friends will be received

Colborne St.) on Wednesday, January 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
