Margaret worked at the Stratford Normal
School for many years and then at the London Psychiatric Hospital
until her retirement. Beloved wife of the late Jack
SYMONS who
predeceased her in 1983. Loving mother of Linda
WILKERSON and
Marjory SMITH. Dear grandmother of Ken, Tricia, Scott, Michael
(Tracy), Adam, Jean, Bruce and Ray. Two great-grandchildren Janelle
and Braden. Also survived by sister-in-law Hazel

Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side after
a lengthy battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 1st, 2006 at
the age of 73. She will be sadly missed by her 6 children: Bill,
Tom, Lynne, Dianne, Greg and Kim and their spouses, her 16 grandchildren,
7 great-grandchildren and her dear friend Cathy. Special thanks

Carol THROP of Winnipeg. Harry served as an Anglican priest in
the Diocese of Toronto at Saint Peter's, Maple Lake, and St. Elizabeth's,
The Queensway, before returning to his home city of Halifax as
Rector of old Saint Paul's in 1955. He was active in the General
Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada and served as its Prolocutor.
In 1964, he was appointed Rector of Saint_James the Apostle in
Montreal, where he also served as principal of Montreal Diocesan
College. In 1979 he became General Secretary of the Anglican
Church of Canada, serving Primates Ted Scott and Michael Peers
until his retirement in 1987. In retirement he served as Acting
Principal of Wycliffe College, Associate Rector of Trinity Church,
Streetsville, and
as Priest-in-Charge of Saint Paul's, Bloor Street,
St. George'son-the-hill, Islington, St. Bride's, Clarkson, St. Chad's,
Toronto, Christ Church, Mimico and St. Matthew's, Islington.
Most recently he served as Honourary Assistant at St. Matthew's,
Islington. Funeral details are not complete. Arrangements are
entrusted with Turner and Porter Butler Chapel, Etobicoke, 416-231-2283.
