BROCKMAN, Virginia Leona
Suddenly at Kingsway Lodge on Saturday, January 7th, 2005, Virginia Leona BROCKMAN, of Saint Marys, formerly of Blenheim and Rondeau Park. Predeceased by her husband, Wilfrid Paul BROCKMAN (1978.) Loving mother of Roberta TEAHEN and her husband Gerry, Joe BROCKMAN and his wife Mary, Mary Ellen BROCKMAN, Gerry BROCKMAN and his wife Helen, Aggie BROCKMAN and her husband Terry WOOLF, and Paul BROCKMAN and his wife Barbara. Proud Grandmother of Tom TEAHEN and his wife Sonia Bjorkquist, Donna GREGUS and her husband Fred, John TEAHEN and his wife Kerry, Shannon BROCKMAN and her husband Andy ELSBERG, Katherine JONES, Brandon BROCKMAN and his wife Jae Hee LEE, Lisa BARNWELL, Jason BROCKMAN and his wife Alicia CROSS, Jesse BROCKMAN and Jennifer, Christopher BROCKMAN and Kathleen BROCKMAN. Loving great grandmother to Kathleen, Charlotte, Fred, Riley, Aven, Raven, Morgaine, Ethan, Erik, Sophie and Mia. Predeceased by her parents Nick and Grace KAVANAGH, son Tommy, her sisters, Ellen and her husband Lawrence DUNN, Mary and her husband Ed MILLIGAN, Roberta and her husband Bob VANDENABEELE, and her brother John KAVANAGH. Survived by sister-in-law Bertha KAVANAGH and many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by the Sheldon, Elliott, Laurie and Vossen Families. Visitation will take place at the L.A. Ball Funeral Home, 7 Water Street, Saint Marys on Thursday January 12th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be conducted at 4 p.m. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday January 14th at Saint Marys Roman Catholic Church in Maidstone. Visitation at the church will be at 10: 00 a.m. Funeral mass at 11: 00 a.m. Interment at the Maidstone Cemetery. Lunch to follow at the church. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to Holy Name of Mary Church Building Fund, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Emily Murphy Centre in Stratford.

FRANKFORD, Emma Margaret (1975-2006)
Died on April 20, 2006. Emma was loved by all who knew her. She was the cherished partner of Mick BEAUMONT, beloved daughter of Edwina FRANKFORD, Robert FRANKFORD and Helen Breslauer, "little sister" of Rachael FRANKFORD, and her husband Eduardo GARIBAY and Elizabeth MacKAY and her husband Roddy MacKAY, adored aunt to Malcolm and Lila MacKAY and Sebastian and Olivia Emma Frankford GARIBAY, niece of Jean HARKER, Christine PACEY, Wendy TEALE, John HARKER, Gordon HARKER, Colin MERCER and Fiona ROBERTSON, cousin of Paul MERCER and his wife Melissa WOODLEY, and Simon MERCER, granddaughter of the late Muriel and Reg HARKER and the late Margaret and Walter FRANKFORD, and lifelong friend of Adrienne RECKNAGEL and Jessica Smallwood PERRATON. Emma will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and Friends. Friends will be received at The Cardinal Funeral Homes, "Earle Elliott" Chapel (715 Dovercourt Rd - Ossington subway, Delaware exit) on Sunday, April 23, 2006 from 12-1 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. in the chapel followed by a reception at another location to be announced at the service. Emma's ashes will be laid to rest at a later date. Thank you to the many nurses and doctors who cared for Emma during this very difficult year. Emma loved to read, she loved children, and she cared about people. Of R.R.#2 Vienna, passed away with her family by her side at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 11, 2006, in her 65th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Harris TEALL. Loving mother of Rob TEALL and his wife Sandy of Tillsonburg, Gord TEALL and his wife Tracy of Saint Thomas and Keith TEALL and his wife Cathy of Vienna. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren. Dear sister of Jean THURSTON of London, Don THURSTON of British Columbia, Ted THURSTON and his wife Pat of Saskatchewan and Jim THURSTON of Windsor. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Ray (Bud) THURSTON and Leona (CRISPIN) THURSTON. A public graveside service will be held at Smuck Cemetery on Saturday, January 14, 2006 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Peter McNAUGHTON and Reverend Norman JONES officiating. GEURTJENS, Johanna (née MEEUWS)
Mother, housewife and retired farmer, she went peacefully into the night with her family at her side, on Thursday, January 12, 2006. Johanna (MEEUWS) GEURTJENS, of Tillsonburg, formerly of R.R.#2, Vienna, Ontario, in her 75th year. Her hobbies included gardening, reading and caring for her children and grandchildren. Already sadly missed, she is now on her eternal journey. The family is forever grateful to Josie and Kathy for their loving and constant care of mother in her own home until the very last day. Dear daughter of the late Judocus MEEUWS and the late former Josephina SCHMITZ. Predeceased by her husband George GEURTJENS (July 16, 1977). Dear mother and mother-in-law of: John and Theresa GEURTJENS, and grandchildren Carly and Greg (Guelph;) Josie and Dr. Paul EDWARDS, and grandchildren Emily and Ian (Langton) Kathy and Brent MANARY, and grandchildren Tanya, Cassandra, Deron and Jennifer (Vienna;) Peter and Patti GEURTJENS, and grand_son Gavin (Eden). At Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Sunday, December 24, 2006. Mabel Irene MURPHY of Terrace Lodge in her 91st year. Dear mother of Betty HOOVER and husband Donald of Aylmer. Loving grandmother of Dawn HOOVER and great-grandmother of Mischa, Jude and Levi. Predeceased by brothers Lewis and Edgar WEAVER and a sister Jean TEALLE. Born in Hagersville, Ontario on February 28, 1916 daughter of the late Edgar and Annie (HANSON) WEAVER. Mabel was one of Jehovah's Witnesses: and had retired from the Aylmer Post Office. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Mabel's life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or the charity of ones choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer. Suddenly passed away at home on Friday, April 14, 2006. Ken leaves behind his loving wife and best friend of 26 years Sharon (MOXLEY.) Loving father to Ronnette MOXLEY, Shelly MOXLEY (Steve) and special son-in-law Curtis TOWNS. Sadly missed by grandchildren Jessica (Jamie), Chantel (Kyle), Amber (Keith), Heather (Paul), Joey, Scotty, Daniel and great-grandchildren Jade, Shaunisti, Jace and Kadence. Dearly missed by mother Rosa BELL and mother-in-law Betty MOXLEY. Survived by brother John BELL (Elizabeth,) sisters Dareth TEASDALE and Ruth BELL, sisters-in-law Marie BELL, Faith MOXLEY, Bonnie LODGE (Terry), Shelly DICKSON/DIXON (Butch) and Lynda MOXLEY and brothers-in-law Robert MOXLEY and Ralph MOXLEY. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his father Earl, brother David, granddaughter Ashley, brother-in-law Abe and sister-in-law Sharon. Family and Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.), on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in the Logan Chapel on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at 10: 30 a.m. with Pastor Junior C. SORZANO, from the London First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Cremation to take place. Reception to follow at the Victoria Hotel (Maitland and South St.). Also remembered by Marie BELL, mother of Christina. A celebration of David's life was held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E., Orillia on Monday, January the 9th. Peacefully, at Maple Manor, Tillsonburg, on Thursday, November 23rd, 2006, Helena (née MAIER) TEATHER at the age of 86. Formerly of Thamesford and London, Ontario. Born May 18, 1920 at Emerson, Manitoba to Leonard MAIER and Emily (KRUGER) both of Volyhnia, Russia. The family was of German Lutheran descent. Helena, known as Helen, was a teacher and served as a translator with the Canadian Army during World War 2. Married George TEATHER on February 16th, 1952 at London. After George's retirement from the military in 1962, they settled in Thamesford where they raised a family of two boys. George was active with the Lions Club and Helen was active with the Anglican Church Women. George and Helen moved to London in 1980. Predeceased by her loving husband, Maj. George L. TEATHER in 1990. Dear mother of Andrew (Kim) of Ottawa and Thomas (Joanne) of Springfield. Stepmother of Linda TEATHER of Waterloo. Proud grandmother of five grandchildren: David, Jennifer, Jacob, Joshua and Julie. Also survived by sister Mathilda (Mylo) FORSYTH of Calgary and brother Henry (Bea) MAIER of Orangeville. Also predeceased by her brothers Edward (Margaret) and Fred (Janice) of Thunder Bay. A memorial service will be held at the Verhoeve Funeral Home, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, Ontario (519-842-4238) on Monday, November 27th, at 11: 00 a.m. by Rev. W.D. JARVIS.
