DEER, Emily (née LANGE)
Of Caressant Care Nursing Home, Saint Thomas, on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert James DEER (December 26, 1995.) Loved mother of Shirley and her husband Robert McATEER of London and John and his wife Carolyn DEER of R.R.#5 Saint Thomas and Pam and her husband John of England. Predeceased by a daughter Joan of England. Predeceased by a brother Robert John Lange. Loved grandmother of Tyler, Kelly, Ryan, Reagan, Stephen, Sharon and Daren. Sadly missed by a number of great grandchildren. Emily was born in London, England on December 10, 1911, the daughter of the late Robert John and Bertha SPURGATT) LANGE. She has lived in Saint Thomas over 58 years. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas where funeral service will be held on Thursday at 3: 30 p.m. Interment in Saint Thomas Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined, with remembrances to the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital.

Peacefully, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, on Monday, December 18, 2006. Ruby, loving wife of the late Richard SPURR. Dear mother of Rosemary and her husband Paul Mayhew and Stephanie and her husband John BELL. Cherished grandma to Brendan and Alexander, Julia and Jessica. Sister of Robert CORCORAN and his wife Ann and the late William and Eleanor CORCORAN. Friends may visit at the Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, 4 stoplights north of Major Mackenzie Drive, on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service Friday 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.
