Andrew, Sean and Colin, as well as many nieces and nephews in
Canada and the United Kingdom Jean was a longtime resident of
St. Elizabeth's Village until she moved to a retirement residence
setting. The family wishes to thank the Mohawk College students
and facility who care for Jean throughout her illness. The family
also greatly appreciates the care received from the staff at
The Meadowlands and Blackadar Retirement Residences, as well
the care and compassion provided by the wonderful nurses, doctors,
staff at the Hamilton Health Sciences and St. Peter's Hospital,
3 East. Cremation has taken place, with interment at Mt. Pleasant
Cemetery, Toronto. A Memorial Service will be held at Ryerson
United Church, 265 Wilson Street East, Ancaster on Saturday,
March 11, 2006 at 1 p.m. Those wishing, may donate in Jean's
memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Peter's Hospital
Foundation, 88 Maplewood Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario L8M 1W9. Arrangements
entrusted to Dodsworth and Brown, Ancaster Chapel (905-648-3852).
