RUHL, Anne Emma (née HUGHES)
Of Chesley, passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Sunday, November 5, 2006 in her 97th year. Wife of the late Clarence RUHL. Survived by daughter Jean and her husband Peter Ruprecht of Chesley and daughter-in-law Elaine RUHL of Owen Sound. Anne will be sadly missed by her six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by her brother-in-law Rev. Lorne RUHL of Troy, Michigan and sister-in-law Bernice RUHL of Owen Sound. Predeceased by her son, Kenneth and her parents, Harry and Emma (BLUHM) HUGHES. Visitation will be held at Cameron Funeral Home, Chesley on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 10, 2006 at Saint Mark's Lutheran Church, Chesley at 11 a.m. Interment in Faith Lutheran Cemetery, Desboro. Memorial donations to Christian Children's Fund of Canada or the Owen Sound Animal Shelter would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Humber River Regional Hospital, Church Site on Monday, February 6, 2006, in her 74th year. Daughter of the late Peter and Antoinette. Much loved sister of Jennie RUHL, Sister M. Andrea, Jean YUSKOSKI, Father John, O.M.I., Henry, and the late Stan, Mary KOSCIOLEK, Olga HYJEK, Ted, and Josie FORMA. Loving sister-in-law of Peter YUSKOSKI, Barbara, Pauline, Helen, Ted FORMA, and the late Clifford RUHL, Julian KOSCIOLEK, and Anthony HYJEK. Virginia will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter, Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held from St. Joan of Arc Church, 1701 Bloor St. W. on Thursday, February 9th, 2006 at 11 a.m. Private entombment Assumption Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

With his family by his side at London Health Science Centre-University Campus on Sunday, November 19, 2006. Konrad STICKEL of R.R.#1, Straffordville in his 76th year. Beloved husband of 51 years of Katie (RAKOSCHI) STICKEL. Dear father of Irene STICKEL- RUHLMAN and husband Philip of Kitchener and Bob STICKEL of Straffordville. Loving Opa of Tasha CONNELL, Ali STICKEL and Cassie STICKEL. Also survived by his step-mother Katharina HORETH, his mother-in-law Katie RAKOSCHI and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Katie DAHMER and his step-brother Imre KILDAU. Born in Mayaro Pusta, Hungary on September 27, 1931 son of the late Konrad and Katharina (EHL) STICKEL. He was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club. Konrad was a proud tobacco farmer for many years who brought his many talents to improve the farm's operations. We'll miss his contributions and opinions. Friends may call at the H.A. A resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at the C.K.H.A. Public General Campus in her 86th year. Daughter of the late Laurence and Edna (CASWELL) WELLS. Beloved wife of the late Douglas James SHEPLEY (1999.) Loving mother of Laurence and Elana SHEPLEY of Collingwood, Fred and Janet SHEPLEY of Wallaceburg, Beverley SHEPLEY of Carleton Place. Dear grandmother of Katherine, Laurence, Christopher, Michael, Cindy, Julie and Lee. She will be missed by 20 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary McFADDEN of St. Catharines, Doris RUHNKE of Richmond Hill and the late Tommy WELLS. Much loved wife of Foster Weston RHUDE. Succumbed from effects of chemotherapy treatments, January 26, 2006 at North York General Hospital. A proud Canadian, she will be missed by her loved ones and many Friends in Germany and in Canada from Victoria, British Columbia to Prince Edward Island. Cremation, private service.
