Beloved wife of the late Harold Charles POMEROY (1996). Dear mother of Ralph and his wife Judy of Kingston, John and his wife Pat of Brantford, Gwen POMEROY, Sharon McKAY and her husband Bob all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Allison, Matthew, Benjamin, Andrea, Lindsay, Heather and Kelly and loved great-grandmother of Anya, Daniel and Chase. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Anne MILLS of Chesley. Dear grandmotehr of Keith (Lisa) MILLS of London and Duane MILLS (Jessica POPE) of Windsor, as well as great grandmother to Justin, Stephanie, Josh and Simon. Cherished aunt of Wayne (Pat) DOWDELL, Shirley (the late Ross) Taylor, Helen (Tom) HOUSE, Bill (Brenda) WALKER, Bob WALKER, Craig (Louise) ADDISON and John (Lynn) ADDISON. Grace will be remembered by her son-in-law Thomas MILLS of London. FINE DAY, John Henry
Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2006 at home surrounded by family and Friends following a long courageous battle with Leukemia. John Henry was born August 6, 1974 in Regina. A member of the Sweetgrass First Nation, he was predeceased by his mother Patricia FINE DAY; brothers Brooke FINE DAY and Brian ROHATYN Grandparents Stan and Doris RANDS and Alphonse LITTLE POPLAR. He is survived by his loving wife Stephanie MESSNER and infant son Nikosis; grandmother Irene FINE DAY; father Brian RANDS brother Kenneth FINE DAY; sisters Emily and Naomi BOESE, Cecilia RANDS and Hanah MOLLOY. John Henry was a proud graduate of the S.I.F.C. / F.N.U.C., receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Indian Art, in June of 2004. A respected artist, John developed a unique style. It was during his fight with leukemia that his artwork flourished. He was prolific in his final years building a significant body of work displayed at numerous shows and exhibitions. John's proudest moment came with the birth of his beloved son Nikosis. All who were blessed to have known him will miss John Henry and his kind and gentle spirit, but his memory will remain in our hearts forever. A celebration of John Henry's life will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2006 from 2: 00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Fellowship, College Avenue and Angus Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Friends of B3, care of the Pasqua Hospital.

Bill is lovingly remembered by his daughter Dianne MICHALS (Barry;) stepdaughter Penelope PAW (Ralph;) grand_sons Steven (Lisa,) Brian (Ally) great grand_son Brett; brother John (Shirley); sister-in-law Edie nieces Janet and Catherine; nephew Gary. He will be sadly missed by his caring friend Dee PENNELL and many others. Bill was a World War 2 veteran, an amputee who served and was wounded in Europe. He was a retiree of Canadian Arsenals, and a long-time resident of Etobicoke-Lakeshore. He enjoyed golf until his recent illnesses but remained an avid hockey fan. The Family wishes to thank the medical staff at Norfolk-Haldimand Hospital for their care and kindness. At his request there will be no funeral service for Bill and he will be cremated.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale on Sunday, March 1, 2006, of Swinton Park in his 54th year. Loving son of Ted and the late Hazel, husband of Carol and cherished father of Eric and Sarah. Dear brother of Pam (Jack) MALCOLM, Lenny POPPA all of Hamilton, Ted MORRISON of Waterloo and the late Shelley PODOBNIK. Lee will be fondly remembered by the students at Georgian Bay Secondary School in Meaford where he taught, by his Friends for his great sense of humour and the Flesherton Library board and public literacy programs for his enthusiastic participation. The family will receive Friends at the Fawcett Funeral Home, Flesherton on Sunday, March 19 from 1 p.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 2: 30 p.m. Cremation followed by interment Annapolis Royale, Nova Scotia. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer society would be gratefully appreciated.

Peacefully, at Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Monday, January 23rd, 2006. Sarah CAMERON (née MacLACHLAN,) of Kelso Pines in Owen Sound, in her 94th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Donald A. (Dan) CAMERON. Loving mother of Heather POPPLE and her husband, Bob, of Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island and Donna PHILLIPS and her husband, Gordon, of Leith. Proud grandmother of Cathy, Beth (Eric), Steve, and Bonnie (Scott). Delighted great-grandmother of Jack and Oscar. Sarah was a devoted sister to Jean, Ann, Katie, Marion and Archie. Predeceased by her parents, John A. and Laura MacLACHLAN, her sister, Matilda and her brother, Alec. She was a graduate of Queen's University and a dedicated Elementary School Teacher. Sarah and Dan enjoyed living in Orillia, Deep River, Kanata and South Lancaster and spending time in their winter home in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Sarah was immensely proud of her Scottish Heritage and Glengarry County roots. The family thanks the staff at Kelso Pines; the staff on the 4th floor of the Grey Bruce Health Services and Sylvia BELL of Trinity United Church for all their kindness. Visitation for Sarah CAMERON will be held in the Historic Leith Church on Wednesday, January 25th, 2006 from 6: 00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service with interment will take place in the spring at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, South Lancaster, Ontario. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to Trinity United Church in Annan, the Historic Leith Church or the Alzheimer Society as your expression of sympathy, and may be made through the Brian E. Passed away peacefully, at Saint Mary's Hospital in Kitchener, on Friday, January 6, 2006. Devoted and loving husband of Lorraine (née PERRY) for 50 years.
