BLOSS- JONES, Dorothy Vera (née PIDDUCK)
Died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Friday, February 24th, 2006. She was dear mother of Launi and her husband Arthur CLARKE of Bracebridge. Loving grandmother of Brent and his wife Stefanie CLARKE of Kitchener and Karen and her husband Mark QUEMBY of Bracebridge. Dear great-grandmother of Aleah, Simone and Sabrina CLARKE and Conor and Alexandra QUEMBY. The family will receive Friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge 1-877-806-2257 on Tuesday from 10: 00 to 11:00 a.m. The service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, February 28th, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m., followed by cremation. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation.

Peacefully at Lee Manor in Owen Sound, on Wednesday, December 6th, 2006. Pearl Aileen ANDERSON (née WOOLLEY,) in her 90th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Paul ANDERSON. Loving mother of Douglas and his wife, Barbara, of Shallow Lake, Alan and his wife, Marie, of Toronto, Leslie, of Allenford and Michael and his wife, Marlene, of Oliphant. Proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pearl was the last member of a generation in the Woolley family of Meaford. Special aunt to Terry and Adele ARMSTRONG. Pearl will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Mary WOOLLEY; her brothers, Bill, Elliott and Fred WOOLLEY; her sisters, Leone HEPPLE, Alma PIDGEON, Ethel STAFFORD, Eva LUSIGNAN and Alice DRAPER. Friends may call at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 - 14th Street West, Owen Sound (519-376-7492) on Friday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7: 00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Pearl ANDERSON will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 9th, 2006 at 11: 00 a.m. with Lieutenant Mary MILLAR officiating. LOKER, Dianna Lee
Peacefully at home, on Sunday, September 10th, 2006, Dianna Lee LOKER in her 65th year. Dearly beloved wife of Michael. Loved and sadly missed by her son Aaron WILLIE, daughters Bridget RYAN and her husband Jim of Sussex, New Brunswick, Kendra FINNAN and her husband Josh of Ottawa, and step-sons Michael and Howard LOKER of Hamilton. Loving grandmother of Sloane and Broghan RYAN. Dianna is survived by her mother Margaret WYANT, sister Cherrie HALL and her husband Ron, brothers David PIDGEON, Wolfe PIDGEON and Lance PIDGEON. A celebration of Dianna's life will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday, September 14th, 2006 at 1: 00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in the place of your choice in Dianna's memory and the promise of renewed life.

At Victoria Hospital, on Friday, November 24, 2006, Leo Michael DEWAN in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Rita C. (PIDGEON) DEWAN for 64 years. Dear father of Michael DEWAN (Jackie) of Arva. Brother of Mary LEWIS (Norbert) of London. Brother-in-law of Mildred DEWAN of Ilderton. Loving grandfather of Kelly (Jeff,) Robert (Jennifer), Jeremy, James, Meagan and Hilary. Great-grandfather of Sean, Ben, Mara, Isabelle and Zoe. Also surviving are a number of nieces, nephews and other family members. Predeceased by his son Gerrard (1987,) his daughter Marion ZAVITZ (2000,) his son-in-law John ZAVITZ (2001,) his sisters Anna DEVEREUX and Christina MITCHELL, his brothers Alphonsus, Joseph and John, and his brother-in-law Gerald PIDGEON. Leo was a quiet, gentle man who will be greatly missed by his family and Friends. Visitors will be received on Monday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Michael's Church (Maitland and Cheapside) on Tuesday at 10: 00 a.m. Interment Saint Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday at 7: 00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society in support of Leo's wife Rita.

Peacefully, in his 78th year, Thursday, October 19, 2006 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Luba. Devoted father of Yurey and Roman. Brother of Olya TARAPACKY. Uncle of Andrew TARAPACKY and his wife Luba and their family and Tanya and her husband Nicholas SZAFOWAL and their son Petrusyk. Cousin of Pavlo PIDLISNYJ and his sons Orest and Ihor, cousin of Halya OBERYSZYN and Katrusia WOLOWODIUK and their families, and Maria BAKALEC and her family. Also survived by relatives and Friends in Canada, United States and Ukraine. Bohdan was an electrical engineer and quality control supervisor with General Electric and Honeywell. Longtime member and Scout Master in Plast Ukrainian Youth Association. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette Street (near Keele), Sunday and Monday 6-9 p.m. with Panakhyda both evenings at 7: 30 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday 9:15 a.m., then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (Queen and Bellwoods) for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
