At Bluewater Health - Mitton Site on Monday, March 13, 2006. Elizabeth Teresa (Lily) McHENRY of Sarnia, born in Feeny, Co. Derry, N. Ireland to Sarah and John McHENRY on April 27, 1916. Beloved wife of the late James Patrick McHENRY. Dear mother of Patrick (Lynn), Cornerbrook, Newfoundland., Claire DION (Paul), Penetanguishene, Brian (Helen), Poplar Hill, Anne BROWN (Jack), Bright's Grove, Cavan (Anne), London, Elizabeth OUIMET (Michel), Pontiac, Quebec, Mavourneen McHENRY, Oakville, Frances MORGAN (Michael,) Peach Tree City, Georgia., and Terrance (Janet HOFFMAN,) Sarnia. Also loved by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sister of Patricia FORSYTH, Port Huron. October 31, 2006 in Pointe Claire, Québec. Cherished husband of Nelda, loving father of Barbara (wife of François OUIMET) and Kate (Katherine BRAITHWAITE.) Doting grandfather of Martin and Nicolas, Eric, Kalynda, Rhiannon and Alexandra. He was brilliant, outrageous, generous and, above all, a man of honour. We will miss the trickster twinkle in his eye. A private celebration of his life will be held from 2: 00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11 at the Ouimet home (6 Bowling Green, Pointe Claire). Peacefully at Faith Manor, Holland Christian Homes, in Brampton, on Sunday, February 5th, 2006, Jean (MacKAY) ROBINSON, formerly of Erin, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles (Robbie) ROBINSON (1990.) Loving mother of Helen ROBINSON of Lindsay, Gail ROBINSON of Etobicoke, and the late Mac ROBINSON (2004.) Devoted grandmother of Amanda ROBINSON, and Colin ROBINSON. Cherished great-grandmother of Tyler MacKay ROBINSON. Predeceased by her parents Dr. John MacKAY, and Ella SIME. Dear sister of Jessie McPHERSON of Ottawa. Predeceased by her brother Fred MacKAY. Jean will be missed by her niece Betty BRADFORD and her husband Dan, and nephew John McPHERSON and his wife Lise OUIMET- McPHERSON. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place in the Harmony Hall, at Holland Christian Homes, 7900 McLaughlin Rd. South, Brampton, on Monday, February 13th at 3: 00 p.m. with Rev. Jeff DAVISON of Erin United Church officiating. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expression of sympathy. DOAN, Lylamae
With quiet strength and dignity, surrounded by the loving arms of family and Friends, Lylamae DOAN passed away peacefully at home in Rondeau Park on Friday, September 15, 2006. Despite her own illness, she always put others before herself. She will be sadly missed by her best friend and husband Elvyn DOAN, their children Gord and Tom McKENZIE of Calgary, Lorraine and Russ OUIMETTE of Saint Thomas, Ruth and Dan HUCKLE of Shrewsbury, Pauline and John HINDS of Newcastle, Suzanne and Dan LOZON of Merlin, Kathie Wingrove SMITH and Carl SMITH of Morpeth, and Patty CROW of Saint Thomas. Also missed by her grandchildren Anna, Joey, Lisa, Joel, Jaimee, Joey, Lacey, Jonah, Miranda, Eric, Ashleigh, Trish, Danni, Julia, and Benjamin, and family adopted along the way, Shirley, Laurie, Miranda, Dakota, Scott, Frankie, Rushel, Sue, and Liz. Dear sister of Earl NEEB and his children Ricky, Lisa, and Tanya. Of R.R.#7, Aylmer, on Monday, October 30, 2006, at the Saint Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 67th year. Wife of the late William "Bill" HIGGS and mother of Leona Patricia McDONALD of London and Beverley and her husband Douglas OUIMETTE of London. Grandmother of Barry, Terry, Chase and Wes. Sister of Margaret and her husband Bob STEELE of Lethbridge. Pat worked as a secretary in insurance a number of years. She was born in Woodstock on January 14, 1940, the daughter of the late Ernest and Edna (SWANCE) WILLIAMS. Private service with cremation. Remembrances may be made to the charity of choice.
