Died peacefully on September 7, 2006 at Toronto General Hospital.
She was born on July 19, 1918 in Pembrooke, Ontario and spent
many carefree summers on the Ottawa River picking blueberries
with her extended family. She was a graduate of Macdonald Hall
at Guelph University and immensely enjoyed her studies there.
After her marriage, she spent several years on the East Coast
before settling in the Kingsway - Royal York neighbourhood of
Etobicoke, where she was a longstanding member of the Weston
Golf and Country Club. An avid golf and bridge player, she continues
to have many beloved Friends and neighbours from both the Weston
and her years as a parishioner at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
She had lived for the last few years at the Grenadier Lodge where
she made many close Friends. She is predeceased by husband Robert
Herbert FORBES-
ROBERTS and brother, Thomas
PINK.
She will be
deeply missed by her Friends and family including her daughter,

Went into the presence of the Lord, on Tuesday, May 23, 2006,
at London, Ontario, after a long fight with cancer. He was born
on February 20, 1920, in Bruderheim, Alberta. Sam will be missed
by his loving wife Olga (married 65 years); two sons, Larry (Shirley)
of Peachland, British Columbia and Les (Kathy) of London, Ontario

Langley, British Columbia in 1950 and in 1955 to Chilliwack,
British Columbia, where he resided until moving to London Ontario,
in 2003. He was active in the Kiwanis Club, British Columbia
Socred and Federal Conservative Parties and with his church, Saint Paul's
Lutheran Church. He was also Past-President of the British Columbia
Motel Association and a Realtor for over 30 years in Chilliwack.
Visitation will be held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church,
552 Fanshawe Park Road, E., London, Ontario on Friday, May 26,
2006 from 12: 30 p.m. until time of funeral service in the church
sanctuary at 1: 30 p.m. Private family interment to follow at

Born in Winnipeg, May 20th, 1919, died Victoria, September 25th,
2006. Predeceased September 21st by his beloved wife Margarethe
OTTO, and earlier by his three brothers. He enlisted in the Royal
Air Force in 1939, and was based in World War 2 first in England,
then in Egypt - transferring to the Royal Canadian Air Force,
in 1945. He retired later that year in Winnipeg with the rank
of Flight Lieutenant, A.F.C. He then worked for some years in
Winnipeg but retired early, thenceforth dividing his time between
Winnipeg, later Victoria, and the Lake of the Woods - which he
loved. He enriched the lives of all who knew him. He is survived
by his sister-in-law, Agisa, and by two nephews John and Galt,
their families, and many cousins and Friends.
