Died peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Michael's
Hospital, Toronto, on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at the age of 93.
The last pioneer in the family, Mary was born near Moose Jaw,
Saskatchewan and spent the first months of her life in a sod
house on the prairies before her family moved to Toronto. Skilled
in tatting, crocheting, knitting and needlepoint, her handicrafts
were an important contribution to local charities and her family
and will be a tangible reminder of her love for future generations.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Bob and her infant son Richard,
she is survived by her sons Bob of Whitehorse, Bruce of Ottawa,
her grandchildren Barbara

Mabel PETERS died peacefully in the early morning on Sunday,
September 10th, 2006. She was 87 years old and follows her husband,
Jim PETERS, who died in November 2000. She was the last of the
three Coulson sisters, having been predeceased by her sisters
Pauline and Harryette. She leaves behind many old Friends as
well as her son David

lived a wonderful and complete life and all of us will miss her
constant interest, her gaiety and her laughter. The family will
receive Friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel,
1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 6-8 p.m.
on Wednesday. The funeral service will be held in Grace Church-on-the-Hill,
300 Lonsdale Road, on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Mabel
