CARROLL, Joan
Peacefully at University Hospital on Thursday, January 12th, 2006, Mrs. Joan CARROLL of London in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred CARROLL. Loving mother of Paulette WILLIAMS and her husband Garry, Chris O'QUINN and her late husband Lloyd, Mark CARROLL and his wife Donna, Mike CARROLL and his wife Debra, Bob CARROLL and his wife Elaine, John CARROLL, Gloria CARROLL and Dave PETERSON, and Leo CARROLL. Much loved grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Frank ENGLISH and his wife Ruth, the late Doug ENGLISH and his wife Betty. Also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday from 2: 00-4:00 and 7: 00-9:00 p.m. at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, January 14th, 2006 at 10: 30 a.m. Interment of ashes, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joan are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.

On Wednesday, March 1st, 2006 of the Watford Quality Care Center. Helen Pauline FERGUSON in her 85th year. Dear mother of Ethel and her husband Dan EDWARDS, Elizabeth and her husband Gary MUXLOW of Watford and Catherine ARMSTRONG of Alvinston. Survived by her grandchildren Chris and Marina ARMSTRONG, Brenda and Dan McEACHERN, Paul and Susan ARMSTRONG, Kelly and Mike COUWENBERG, Dawn and Glen SPERLING, Deanna MUXLOW and her friend Joe MEZENBERG, Joanne EDWARDS and her fiancÚ Dan O'QUINN, Donald and Jennifer EDWARDS and 11 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother-in-laws, Ken FERGUSON, Ralph and Delores FERGUSON, Alex FERGUSON and her sister-in-law Jean and her husband Bill LEHRBASS. Helen was predeceased by her husband Donald William FERGUSON (1953,) her parents, Edward (1972) and Ethel Lucas (1979). Also predeceased by her brothers Gordon (2001), Thomas (1989) and her sister Frances (1917) and her son-in-law Philip ARMSTRONG (1998.) Visitation at Harper Funeral Home, Watford on Friday, March 3rd from 1: 00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2: 00 p.m. with Father Kendall REIMER officiating. Interment at Alvinston Cemetery to follow. BIRD, William " Bill" Lawrence
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Lawrence BIRD on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at London Health Sciences Centre University Hospital. Bill was in his 63rd year. Born in London on June 12th, 1944. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by Marilyn EVERITT. Bill is survived by his daughter Krisa GOSS her husband Gord and grand_sons Jordan and Nathan, his daughter Kimberley MILLER and husband Scott and grandchildren Logan and Morgan, his daughter Kelly BRIERE and her husband Russ and granddaughters Keaton and Rylea. Also survived by his dear sister Susan O'QUINN and his nephew Patrick and by his brother-in-law Leonard. Bill is predeceased by his father Robert V. BIRD (1973) and by his mother Dorothy G. (FEENEY) BIRD (1988) and his brother Robert G. BIRD (2001.) Bill will also be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many Friends. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Saint Michael's Church, 515 Cheapside Street, on Saturday morning at 9: 30 o'clock. Interment in Saint Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday afternoon at 2: 30 o'clock. Donations to the Lung Association or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
