WILLIAMS. He lived in this area all his life and was retired
from the P.U.C. after 35 years of service. He was a member of
Warren Masonic Lodge #120 Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons Fingal,
a member of Eastern Star, Golden Acres, Fingal, the McArthur
Cemetery Board, the Elgin Pioneers and was an avid hunter and
outdoorsman. Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street,
Saint Thomas until Thursday afternoon and then to Central United
Church where funeral service will be held at 1: 00 p.m. Interment
to follow in McArthur Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. An Eastern Star Service will be held at the Funeral
Home Wednesday evening at 6: 30 p.m. by officers and members of
Golden Acres Chapter of the Eastern Star. A Masonic Service will
be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 6: 45 p.m.
by Officers and Members of Warren Lodge #120. Remembrances may
be made to the Canadian Cancer Society for Lymphoma and Breast
Cancer Research.

MULHOLLAND,) of London, Ontario, in her 89th year, passed away
in Edmonton, Alberta, surrounded by her loving family, following
a celebration of the 65th Wedding Anniversary of Thelma and her
devoted husband, Leo James
LAMPHIER.
Thelma's indelible spirit,
irrepressible sense of humour, and undying devotion to her cherished
husband and family will be remembered forever. Thelma was born
a prairie girl, in Pontieux, Saskatchewan, where she lived as
a child until her parents, Gwen
MULHOLLAND (née
PRYCE) and George,
moved to London. One of nine children, Thelma was predeceased
by her dear son Brian, her mother and father, her two brothers,
Wilfred and Clifford, and three sisters, Helen, Dorothy and Ethel.
Thelma is survived by her husband and lifelong best friend, Leo,
two loving daughters, Brenda and Anne, three adoring sons, Steve,
Gary and Wayne, their devoted spouses, Reid, Spencer, Deborah,
Toni, and Diana, as well as six wonderful grandchildren: Trevor,
Madeleine, Devon, Connor

Manitoba to become a Home Economist. It was there she met Gerald

They were married in 1954 and started a life
long odyssey which took them to California, Colorado and Indonesia
for 30 years. Betty was a friend to all, her infectious laugh
will be sorely missed. Betty is survived by her husband of 52 years
daughter, Cindy

After an extensive early career in time study and engineering
with several manufacturers, he joined Woods Gordon in 1969, and
became a partner in 1970. He retired as a Senior Partner in 1990
(then Ernst and Young). He was a part-time cattleman, drummer and
band manager in the Lucknow area from 1970-1973, and standard
bred horseman in Poplar Hill, 1974-1984. In his spare time, he
graduated from the Executive M.B.A. Program at University of
Toronto in 1991. In 1995 he was licensed as a financial advisor,
a role he excelled in until his passing. He was devoted to his
Catholic faith, most recently with his service to St. Gregory
the Great Parish in Picton as Chair of the Building Fund and
Chair of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He enjoyed and was
deeply involved in the town of Picton, acting as fundraiser for
local political campaigns, and making sure all knew of the beauty
and history of the County. He spoke often of his appreciation
of all of his Friends, clients and associates for their continuous
support. Joe had a love of life and a belief that life was a
gift to be grateful for and cherished, an outlook that touched
all who knew him. He lived his life this way until the end. Interment
at Holy Cross Cemetery in Toronto, April 22, 2006 at noon.

(September 5, 1928) Died peacefully on July 8, 2006, at Bay Ridges
Long Term Care Facility in Pickering, Ontario. He will be lovingly
missed by his wife

COWAN. He is survived by his sister Audrey
LEAVITT and his first wife

OLSZWESKI.
Harry graduated
from McGill University in 1948 with a B.Sc. of Geology and played
for the McGill football team. Harry was also a member of the
Canadian Mining Association, was an avid golfer, with several
hole in ones and a member of the Royal Montreal Golf Club. Harry's
career took him to northern Ontario, Quebec, and the Arctic where
his fishing skills and interest in Inuit culture and art were
peaked. He concluded his career as a Vice President of Atlas
Copco and resided in Montreal. Harry was a commanding story teller
and surely left his mark on those around him. Harry truly loved
his wife Mary. They retired to a Heritage home with a beautiful
view of the St. Lawrence Seaway where they spent many days watching
the ships pass by. The family will receive Friends at the McEachnie
Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax (Pickering Village)
905-428-8488, from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2006. Memorial
Service to follow in the chapel at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers,
donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly
appreciated.
