Died suddenly and peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital on
October 14th, 2006 at the age of eighty-five. She will be sadly
missed by her only daughter Cornelia

NIHON and her grandchildren, Sophia, Alexis,
Philip and Julia. She will also be remembered by many relatives
in Germany and Canada. Many thanks to Friends Martha, Andreas
and Kariann for their devotion in caring for Hildegard during
her months of illness. Special thanks to Ingrid for her help
in restoring Hildegard's mobility for a brief but very cherished
period of time. Hildegard will be remembered for her strength
of character, generosity of spirit and her unwavering commitment
to those she loved and cared for. A memorial service will be
held at the McGill Chapel, 3520 University Street, Montreal, on
Thursday October 26th at 5 p.m., followed by a reception for
family and Friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mackay
Rehabilitation Centre Foundation (foundation.mackay@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
