KOHL, Isolde (née KLUMP)
With her husband by her side, Isolde passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at Victoria Hospital in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Hans KOHL for 50 years. Dear sister of Alfred (Doris) KLUMP, Leonore (Erich) NEDELE all of Germany and Irene HERTLEIN of London. Loved sister-in-law of Brigette KARL of London and Christa KLUMP of Germany. Isolde will also be missed by many nieces and nephews in London and Germany as well as her Friends and neighbours. A Memorial Service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment of cremation at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated. Peacefully after a long courageous battle in Carlisle, Ontario on Tuesday, April 18th, 2006, Adam Halliday MILLAR, in his 86th year went home to be with the Lord. Beloved husband for almost 60 years of June Aileen McINTYRE of Guelph (former residents of Brampton and Midland.) Loving father of Peter (Ramona) MILLAR, El Segundo California: and Joanne (Robert) LONGLEY, Guelph. Proud Poppa of Meghan LONGLEY, Calgary, Alberta; Matthew MILLAR, St Paul, Minnesota; Ashley MILLAR, El Segundo, California. Dear brother of the late Margaret SWANTON (Harold), Scarborough; Barbara JARDINE (Don,) Lindsay. Brother-in-law of the late Frances Devine SIMMONS, Beamsville; Ronald McINTYRE (Verna WEBB,) Forest and Apple Valley, California; the late Robert McINTYRE (Eleanor), Toronto; Judy NEDERPELT (Jack,) Carlisle. KOPIC, Stjepan " Steve"
Of Saint Thomas, on Saturday, June 17, 2006, passed away peacefully at the age of 66. He leaves behind his beloved wife Milena (BUCONJIC) KOPIC, with whom they've cherished 38 years together. Dearest father to youngest daughter "Suzie" and husband Derek DENNIS with their children Luka and Niko, son Ilija KOPIC and eldest daughter Maria and husband Adam MILICIC with children Antun and Katarina. Predeceased by his parents Iljia (1942) and Mara KOPIC (1981). Leaving behind 2 sisters and 1 brother in Croatia, Ruza NEDIC, Ana TOPIC (Mato) and Josip KOPIC and devoted brother George "Duka" KOPIC of Saint Thomas and all their families. Predeceased by a brother Ivic KOPIC (1988.) He will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Eva MLINAREVIC and family in Windsor brother-in-law Stanko BUCONJIC and family in Saint Thomas,'Rajko BUCONJIC and family in Windsor and Gojko and Tomislav and their families in Croatia. Steve was born on February 13, 1940 in (Bosna) Croatia, where he lived until he came to Canada in 1963. He worked as a bricklayer for Local #5 Union and forged many Friends and soon a wife that he married in 1967. They raised 3 children here in Saint Thomas and they now resided at his home on Kopic Court, where he watched his beloved grandchildren Luka and Niko ride around on their toys. He was the best "Dida" they could have asked for. He was an active member of the Sv. Leopold Mandic Roman Catholic Church and on the committee of his loved Croatian Zagreb Soccer Club. Friends and family will be received at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, Saint Thomas on Wednesday, June 21st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 8: 00 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Sv. Leopold Mandic Roman Catholic Church, London on Thursday at 10: 00 a.m. Interment to follow in Holy Angels' Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make memorial donations in "Steve's" name can make them to the Sv. Leopold Mandic Restoration Fund. "Zbogom Moj Dragi Tata I Dida"
