by all who knew him. To honour Cliff's memory, the family would
appreciate donations to The Greater Windsor Community Foundation,
the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Saint Michael's

year. Born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Arnold later moved to Bath,
New Brunswick and began his career as a longtime employee of
the Bank of Nova Scotia. Predeceased by his wife Alexandria (1999).
