HICKMAN, Joseph " Joe" Henry
Peacefully, on Sunday, February 26, 2006 at The Westmount in Kitchener, Ontario surrounded by his loving family. Dad was in his 98th year and previously enjoyed his home on Hillside Dr., Toronto. Predeceased by his loving wife Ettie (1998) to whom he was happily married for 64 years and his dear sister Nellie (Bruce) MOAD. Joe was the proprietor of Meadowvale Farms on the Danforth in Toronto for 48 years. After years of hard work, he enjoyed his retirement at the cottage, travelling, fishing and hunting. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Sylvia WILSON and Carol JESSUP and by his grandchildren Bradley (Pam) WILSON, Brendan (Linda) WILSON, Laura and Louise JESSUP and great-granddaughter Samantha WILSON. Also fondly remembered by son-in-law Jim JESSUP and Jamie POHOLKO. Friends will be received at the Humphrey Funeral Home, 1403 Bayview Avenue, Toronto on Friday, March 3, 2006, visitation 11: 00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with funeral service and interment at Pine Hills Cemetery to follow. In celebration of his long life, expressions of sympathy to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

64 years, born in Ellesmere Port, England died on March 11, 2006 at home surrounded by his family. Lovingly remembered by his wife Cath; 3 children Paul, Anna and Sarah; treasured granddaughter Gemma; father Frank; brothers Rob (Sue) and Gerry; sister Jesse (Marious;) mother in law Catherine MOAN; brothers-in-law Tom (June), Dennis and Jim (Margaret); sisters-in-law Mary and Eileen (Dave); many other relatives and Friends in England, Ireland, Australia and Canada. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 15 at 10: 00 a.m. at Saint Michael's Cathedral, (Shuter and Bond Streets). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Saint Michael's Cathedral 'Out of the Cold' Program would be appreciated.

MacARTHUR, Malcom Lorne
Lorne passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, April 30, 2006 in his 54th year. Lorne was the best friend and husband to the former Linda BIGNELL. He was the loving father to Maxine MOAREFDOUST, Marlene MacARTHUR, and Darcy MacARTHUR and his wife Helen. His memory will be cherished in the hearts of his grandchildren Shiryn, Devon, Ali and Erika as well he will be remembered as Grandpere to his great-grand_son Taylor. Lorne was predeceased by his brother Ken, his mother: Edna PEARD and his father: Mac. Friends are invited to call at the Currie Funeral Home in Chatsworth for visitation on Wednesday afternoon and evening 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where the Liturgy of the Word will be said on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions to the Trillium Foundation, Saint_John's Ambulance - Owen Sound or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday, February 2, 2006 in his 84th year. James Kenneth SMITH of Sharbot Lake, beloved partner of the late Dorothy THOMPSON/THOMSON/TOMPSON/TOMSON. Dear stepfather of Sandra (Wayne MOASE.) Grandfather of Peter and his wife Suzan MOASE and Suzanne MOASE. Great-grandfather of Thomson and Scott MOASE. Brother of Marjorie, Betty, Barbara, Paul and Jerry. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Mary SMITH and brothers Harry and Basil. Following Cremation a Memorial Service will be held at Goodfellow's Funeral Home, Parham, (613-375-6254) on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 1 p.m. Friends will be received Wednesday from 12 noon. Interment of Ashes will be held at a later date. Donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 425 Bursary Fund would be appreciated by the family.

Peacefully, on Saturday, February 11, 2006, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Bowmanville, 3 days before his 95th birthday. Gord MOASE (formerly of Billings Avenue in Toronto,) beloved husband of the late Amy (née MEADES.) Loved father of Wayne MOASE, Gary MOASE, Ron MOASE, Glen MOASE and Gail SMYTH. He will be lovingly remembered by his 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Gord is survived by his sister Marjorie BROWN, and he was predeceased by his brothers Earl, Harold and Al MOASE. The family of Gord MOASE will receive Friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel," 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171), on Monday, February 13th from 12 noon-1 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m., with Dr. John SULLIVAN officiating. Passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at the age of 76 with loved ones by his side. Stu was a dedicated volunteer for 27 years with Gideons International, 26 years with The Prison Ministry and a Tree Climbers leader at F.B.C. Dad loved to spend his days gardening, fishing, canning and going to Hockey games. Poppie especially treasured his time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a dedicated husband, loving Dad and totally devoted Poppie. To honour his great zest for life and to celebrate all our great memories, a memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2006 at 3: 00 p.m. at Forward Baptist Church, 455 Meyers Rd., Cambridge.
