CASE, Robert " Bob," F.R.I. (July 1, 1920-July 1, 2006)
World War II Vet "A Truly Great Canadian"
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Robert (Bob) CASE on July 1, 2006. Bob was a kind and generous husband and father known for his fun-loving personality and great sense of humour. He was also a highly respected real estate broker in the Greater Toronto Area for nearly 60 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Annabelle, and their four daughters and their families: Valerie and Graham WHITEHEAD and their children Colin and Jeff; Loralee CASE and Arnie FLOYD Roberta CASE and Frank MIHALEK and their children Megan and Emily and Pamela CASE and Dan COLETTO and their children Katelyn, Olivia, and Lucas. Bob was the dear brother of Elizabeth (Betty) RENNIE of Brighton, Ontario, and the late Bill CASE and Eileen DOWLING. The family extends their sincere thanks to the staff of Sunrise Senior Living of Unionville for their kindness and support. Visitations are on Tuesday, July 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 and Wednesday, July 5, from 2-5 at Ogden's Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, July 6, at 1: 00. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society are appreciated.

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our father, Michael, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Bernice MENSOUR (née BALDWIN.) Loving father of Brian and his wife Jane, and Beverley and husband Steve SICLUNA. Devoted grandfather of Cheryl, Sean, Jacqueline, and Christopher. Survived by his sisters Emeline MARROCCO, and Marion MIHALIK and husband Lou, and brother Albert MENSOUR and wife Julie. Visitation to be held on Sunday, January 29, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 30, 2006 at 10: 30 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church (3220 Bayview Avenue). Interment to follow at Westminster Cemetery. Peacefully at University Hospital on Saturday April 8, 2006, Richard " Dick" Donald LOW/LOWE/LOUGH in his 63rd year. Predeceased by his soul mate Barbara LEWIS. Survived by daughters Tania (Haret) WHITE/WHYTE, Rhonda (Ken) WONNACOTT and Dana LOW/LOWE/LOUGH. Special dad to Trevor LOW/LOWE/LOUGH. Dear step-father of Lori McNICHOL, Kelly LEWIS, Jennifer KING and Michael LEWIS. Devoted granddad to 10 grandchildren. Dear brother of Bob (Jean), Ron (Jeanette), Ken (Marg), Millie (Norm) SAUVE, Betty MIHAN and brother-in-law Ken CLEARY. Predeceased by brother Gerald and sister Catherine CLEARY. Dear friend of Sandra LOW/LOWE/LOUGH, and much loved by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and Friends at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Peacefully at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care on Friday, March 31st, 2006, Marjorie Ellen Mould (STANEK) of London in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert MOULD. Much loved mother of Paulette (Lyle) LAIDMAN, Rick (Pam) MOULD, and Roberta (Bob) ADAIR. Loving grandmother of Bob (Kari,) Mark, Kirsten, Brent, and Wesley, and great-grandmother of Katarina. Dear sister of June (George) BURR, Marie (Jack) DENTREY, Robert (Diane) STANEK, and the late Jean KUNKEL. Also survived by her sisters-in-law Jessie MIHLIK and Doris MOULD and many nieces and nephews. HANNAY, Hilda Mabel (née BEAMISH)
Wife of Doctor Christopher L. HANNAY, passed away in her 91st year, on December 7th, 2006 at the McCormick Home, London, Ontario. Hilda HANNAY, born in Belleville, Ontario, being a descendent of United Empire Loyalists on both sides of her great-grandmother's parents. During Hilda's long and useful life, she attracted and held many Friendships by her fine traits. She loved home and family, and was ready at all times to assist in church and charitable work as a member of Saint_John the Evangelist Anglican Church, London, Ontario. Hilda was the daughter of Archdeacon George Ross BEAMISH and Mary Jessie (ACKERILL) BEAMISH of Belleville, Ontario. She is succeeded by: daughter Virginia M.L. HANNAY of London and her sons Matthew and Nicholas MIHLIK; daughter Doctor H. Julia HANNAY of Texas; and son Michael C.B. HANNAY of London, his wife Alison, their children James and Aurora, and his son Christopher HANNAY. The funeral service will be conducted at the Church of Saint_John the Evangelist, 280 Saint_James St. at Wellington, on Monday, December 11 at 2: 00 p.m. Cremation will be followed by interment at Belleville Cemetery. Peacefully at Christie Gardens, Toronto in her 95th year. Beth was the daughter of the late Jessie Catherine (HENDRIE) Nichol ROSSITER and John Scott NICHOL in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and wife of the late William Cavendish CROFTON (d. 1972.) She is survived by her children Elizabeth EWASHKIW (Malcolm) of Belleville, Ontario, Bill CROFTON (Maxine) of Nanaimo, British Columbia, and grandchildren Christine LESNIEWSKI (Gregg,) Stephen EWASHKIW (Jane), Eben CROFTON (Tracie ROYAL), Celene (Vince MIHOC), Nicholas (Hannah GRANT,) Michael, and Amy CROFTON, and great-grandchild Karina LESNIEWSKI. Beth was predeceased by her siblings Gwendolyn Marjorie NICHOL (1899-1982) and Stuart Hendrie NICHOL (1903-1969,) her grandchildren Robin EWASHKIW (1968) and Jordan CROFTON (1998.) Beth's family is extremely grateful for the tender loving care provided by the sensitive and supportive caregivers at Christie Gardens. Cremation.
