The family will receive Friends and relatives
at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell),
London, for visitation on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service
will be on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment Forest
Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions
to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully appreciated.
The family would like to thank the Dr's and nurses of the London
Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital, Critical Care Trauma
Centre department, especially Krista, Karen and Lisa for their
care and kindness. We will always be grateful to Debbie
SHARP,
R.P.N., who provided amazing care to Bette in recent years. A
special thank you to a very caring young woman who remains unknown
to our family, who drove George to the hospital at a trying time.
