Peacefully at University Hospital on Monday, January 2nd, 2006 in his 82nd year. Dear son of the late Walter and Annie KOT. Beloved brother and friend of Jean KOT. He will be fondly remembered by several close Friends. A memorial service will be conducted at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, on Saturday, January 7 at 2: 00 p.m. Cremation with interment at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged.

KOTANI, Fred Tatsuo
Peacefully and without warning, on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in his 91st year, while at the Toronto Buddhist Church. Beloved husband of Akie for the past 67 years, and father of sons Fred (Ann) and Garry, and daughter Nancy (Caroline). Grandfather to Kevin (Tokyo), Paris, Kerry Ann, Stephanie, Naomi (Los Angeles), Cory, Zachary and Aidan (Vancouver). Great-grandfather to Neil, Takeshi, Mackenzie, Alexis, Canyon and Reef. He was an inveterate gardener, and an avid baseball fan who lived a simple, engaged and fulfilling life of service and reflection. He was a tireless volunteer and member of the Toronto Buddhist Church for the past 50 years. He freely gave of his time to the many jobs that make up the busy life of the temple, and he passed away after taking care of the end of service duties as he has done so many times before. Friends may call at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere Ave., east of Jane subway on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Services will be held at Toronto Buddhist Church, 1011 Sheppard Avenue West on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 2 p.m. It is the wish of Fred's family that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Toronto Buddhist Church or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital, on Thursday, March 16th, 2006, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Theodore (1977.) Loving mother of Gloria CHICULES (George,) John (Karen) and Mary Ann KOTEFF (Stan.) Proud Baba of 8 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Jenny VRAZINOFF. Vassa will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and Friends. She will be well remembered for her great dedication to the Macedonian community through her efforts for the Canadian Macedonian Place and St. George's Macedonian Church. She was recognized as an Honorary Citizen of the City of Toronto. Farm accident kills Norwich man

A farm accident claimed the life of a young Norwich man yesterday.
David KOTELES, 22, of Stover Street in Norwich, was working on a farm in Norfolk County, rolling a large rack of plants to the door of a transport truck when he fell from the back of the truck and pulled the rack on top of him.
Employees of the farm, Oak River Produce, administered first aid, but KOTELES was taken to Tillsonburg and District Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy is expected today to confirm the cause of his death.

Passed away at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, May 25, 2006 in her 65th year. Survived by siblings Barbara of Calgary, Alberta, George of Queensland, Australia, Hazel and Donald of Hong Kong, China and their spouses, many nieces and nephews including special nieces Lisa and Theresa, and numerous cousins. Sadly missed by her extended family and Friends in Mississauga, Toronto, Kingston, and British Columbia. Special thanks to Doctor SAULS, Dr. DIGGS and the staff of the Palliative Care and Oncology Units (2C) for their excellent care and compassion. In loving memory of Edith SAVAGE, who died peacefully on April 6, 2006, in her 75th year. Edith was predeceased by her husband Robert (Bud) SAVAGE. Those who knew Edith will remember her for her optimism, strength and courage against a number of physical challenges in recent years, her infectious laugh, her ability to tell humorous and captivating stories and her unrelenting love for her grandchildren, Sarah SAVAGE of Toronto, Fuad AZZEH of Sudbury, and Geoffrey SAVAGE of Toronto. She will be deeply and sorrowfully missed by her children Timothy and Marilyn SAVAGE of Toronto, Kymm and Wael AZZEH of Sudbury, and Pamela SAVAGE of Toronto. Will be missed by her sister and brothers, Elsie and Nick SOLSKI, Edward (Eddie) and Marilyn KOTYLUK, Robert (Bob) KOTYLUK and Judy MacDONALD, and Carol TILLER, and all her nieces and nephews. Edith had a devoted career as a banker at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and once retired enjoyed many good times with her dear Friends, "the bridge girls", her sorority sisters of Beta Sigma Phi. It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Reuben KOTZER. Adoring husband of the late Frances. Loving and devoted father of Lorne, Craig, Shelly and special zaidy to Aaron. He is survived by his brother Jack. Predeceased by his brother Sam and sister-in-law Rae, sister Ida and brother-in-law Louie, and sister-in-law Rose. He will be greatly missed by all his family and Friends.
