PETERS, Derrick Rae
Suddenly on Sunday January 1st, 2006 Derrick Rae PETERS of R.R.#1 Muncey in his 28th year. Predeceased by his father Derrick BLACKBIRD (1991.) Dear son of Barb PETERS and dear Daddy of Kristen, MacKenzie and Darien. Dear brother of Natasha PETERS. Predeceased by grandparents Ray (2005,) Beulah PETERS (née KICKNOSWAY 1995,) and Una MURPHY (née BLACKBIRD 2003) of Walpole Island. Very special uncle of Leah and Shawnelle (BLACKBIRD- RILEY) and predeceased by nephew Riley Talon BLACKBIRD- RILEY (2003.) Sadly missed by several other aunts, uncles, relatives and special Friends. Friends may call at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, 22424 Adelaide Rd., Mt. Brydges. (519-264-1100) on Tuesday January 3rd from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service to follow on Wednesday from the funeral home commencing at 11 a.m. Interment Lower Muncey Cemetery.

At the University Hospital, London on Saturday, May 20, 2006 in her 74th year. Born at Walpole Island. Loving mother of Donald M. SMITH of Brighton, Michigan. Special friend of Dave CHALMERS and sister of Vivian and George KICKNOSWAY and Lauretta and Ralph JONES all of Walpole Island. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Ella Mae (WHITE/WHYTE) JOHNSON and her husband Donald M. SMITH. The family will receive relatives and Friends at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Monday May 22, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Saint_John the Baptist Anglican Church, Walpole Island on Tuesday, May 23 at 2 p.m. Interment Highbank Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

At Hospital in London on Thursday, March 2, 2006. Myrtle CHARLTON of Aylmer in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late W. Clark CHARLTON. Dear father of Keith CHARLTON of Saint Thomas and Dorothy BRACKENBURY and husband Jim of Aylmer. Mother-in-law to Mary CHARLTON of Saint Thomas. Loved by her grandchildren Don and Joselyn APPLEFORD, Bill and Allison APPLEFORD, Larry CHARLTON, Lorie and Scott CAMPBELL, Lisa TOOGOOD, Gary and Andrea CHARLTON and Richard BRACKENBURY. There are 10 great grandchildren. Sister to Frank KICKSEE and wife Audrey and predeceased by brothers Lorne, Alfred, Clarence, George and Allan. Sister-in-law of Jennie KICKSEE of Port Stanley. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Malahide Township, Ontario on August 22, 1918, daughter of the late Albert and Nellie (SMITH) KICKSEE. Myrtle moved to Aylmer from Kingsmill in 1967. She was a member of the Mapleton Church of Christ Disciples and had worked at Imperial Tobacco for twenty years. Friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 1: 00 p.m. Interment Aylmer Cemetery. Reverend Janet ANSTEAD of The Mapleton Church of Christ officiating. Donations to the Diabetes Association or Sunshine Foundation would be appreciated.
