Nancy left us on Saturday afternoon, May 13, 2006, after an epic
3 year fight with ovarian cancer and all its complications. She
was one tough lady and there was no quit in her. Nancy was the
beloved wife and best friend of Hector, the Mother of Linda,

Cremation has taken place and a private
family memorial service will be held later in the week. A memorial
"foundation" in Nancy's name is being established and contributions
can be sent to: Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Queen's University,
Kingston K7L 3N6 c/o Dr. John F.

All donations will be acknowledged and follow-up reports will
be sent. Our sincere thanks go to Doctor

Palliative Care Team at St. Vincent's in Brockville was, to put
it mildly, unbelievable. Finally recognition and thanks must
go to Camille

Nancy's outstanding home care nurse. Condolences
