CROMARTY, Phyllis
After a lengthy illness, she passed away peacefully at her home, Thompson House, on March 1, 2006. She will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and Friends. Phyllis dedicated her life to others. Her sense of humour and wit enabled others to have fun along the way. Thank you to all of the Thompson House staff and Dr. JASKOLKA for her wonderful care. Any donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada. A private family service will be held.

Passed away peacefully at home with her family on Monday, October 30, 2006. Brenda WEITZ, adored wife of Morrey. Loving mother of Matthew and Morgan. Devoted daughter and daughter-in-law of Eddie JASNOCH and the late Selda JASNOCH z'l, Janet WEITZ and the late Irving WEITZ z'l. Sadly mourned by Leona JASNOCH. Dear sister and sister-in-law to Judy and David ENGEL, David and Joanne WEITZ. Cherished aunt to Tina, Paul and Daniel. Funeral and Shiva will take place in Los Angeles. The family of the late May RICHARDS would like to thank everyone for the kindness during the recent loss of our mother and grandmother. Thanks to all who sent flowers, memorial contributions, cards and food. Special thank to Doctor Allan McDOUGALL, and Doctor Peter HAY and to all the caring staff at Lee Manor to whom she loved while a resident there. Heartfelt thanks to Pastors Brian JASPER and Gordon ADAM/ADAMS for the comforting words spoken at her funeral and to the ladies of Rockcliff Gospel Temple for the delicious lunch following the funeral. Thanks so much to Bruce TANNAHILL and his understanding staff for all the guidance and compassion we received at such a difficult time. To others who gave us sympathy and support, your kindness was sincerely appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Loving mother of Dave HAYLOW and his wife, Dorothy, of Owen Sound, Dan HAYLOW and his wife, Nicole, of British Columbia, Kevin HAYLOW and his wife, Tamara, of Owen Sound, Kimberley DEAMONE and her husband, Dan, of Hanover and Michael HOLLANDS, of Owen Sound. Proud grandmother of ten grandchildren. Gwen will be sadly missed by her sister, Alma MOONEY, of Owen Sound. A Funeral Service for Gwen HOLLANDS will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel of the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 - 14th Street West, Owen Sound (519-376-7492) on Wednesday, October 18th, 2006 at 1: 30 p.m. with Pastor Brian JASPER officiating. Visitation two hours prior to service. Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Sunday, April 2, 2006. A vibrant, loving and generous spirit, Mary will be greatly missed by her husband Robert, daughter Anne (Robert GROH,) son Michael (Kerry TOPHAM) and her most delightful granddaughter Renee. Special thanks to Sheila JAMES and Esther DZUBA for their loving care. FINAN, Raymond Joseph
Passed away peacefully, in Montreal on June 11, 2006, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Victoria SAAD for 56 years. Loving and proud father of Reine-Marie (Fayez TAWIL,) Roger (Judith JASPER), Ottawa, Ramzi, Beirut, Nadim (Lori LAPOINTE) and Joe (Marie-Thérèse COPTI.) Respected Jiddo and Grandfather to Georges, Fadi, Zahi, Raymond, Mounir, Joseph and Catherine. Raymond is survived by his sister Esther ATALLAH, Syracuse, New York. Raymond made his own contribution through his many years of services with the United Nations, in particular his work at United Nations Relief and Works Agency. All his life, Raymond maintained a positive and optimistic outlook. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many family members and Friends. Dear grandmother of the late Shannon (1991). Also loved and sadly missed by 4 grandchildren: Grant, Amanda, Daniel and Lianna. Cherished wife of 32 years to Bronislaw. Loving mother of Julia (Jastrzembski) and Martin TRAIN and the Train family, and Arthur and Rachel. Much loved Grandma (Babcia) to Caitlyn and Liam. Predeceased by her parents in Poland, Julianna and Wincenty CLAPA. Deeply missed and mourned by her Aunt and Uncle Apolonia and Waclaw MONIK, cousins Grace (MONIK) and Kent PARIS and children Alexander and Matthew, Dorothy (MONIK) and Dave BLUE and son Connor, Estella and Edmond BLANK and family.
