his loving family at the age of 7. He will be sadly missed by
his parents Anthony and Maria. He will be cherished by his siblings

of Langstaff Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday and Friday from 6-9 p.m.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11: 30 a.m. from
the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd.,
north of Chancellor Dr.) Entombment to follow at the Queen of
Heaven Catholic Cemetery (off Hwy. #27, south of Hwy. #7) In
lieu of flowers, the
COLUCCI family will accept donations to
the Matthew and Giancarlo Colucci fund at the Sick Kids Hospital.
The COLUCCI family would like to express a special thank-you
to all the nurses and staff on 4D at the Sick Kids Hospital
and also to Kim and all the other home care nurses who provided
genuine care for Matthew.
